I've used ASAP in the past and was very satisfied with their work. However, this latest experience left quite a bit to be desired. I contacted them regarding an issue with my well pump. They initially told me they didn't service my area. After clarifying where I live, they pulled up my past service records and confirmed they could come out and we scheduled an appt.
My initial concern was that the appt was nearly a week later and I was concerned that our pump may not hold up but we went ahead and scheduled.
Fast forward to the day of the appointment. In the morning, I received a call confirming the appt and that they would call me with an arrival time later in the day. In the afternoon, I got another call. This time it was to tell me that they don't service my area and would not be coming out.
While I can completely understand the need to establish defined service areas, what I don't understand is why they would wait an entire week to make that decision and leave a customer hanging with a failing pump and no regard for the customer's needs.
A call earlier in the week would have been appreciated and given me a reasonable time to find another service company. Instead, I've lost an entire week with a failing pump without so much as an attempt to make things right. Needless to say, I won't be using or recommending ASAP again in the future.

I think an error was made on my bill, your invoice # 12386747 dated 01/08/21. I asked for 4 toilet wax seals to be replaced. The estimate was $600 +tax. So the price was $150 per toilet. Branden told me a flange needed to be replaced totaling $244.20. This operation includes removing the toilet so I feel the $150 charge on the toilet with the flange is an overlapping labor operation, being charges 2 times to remove the same toilet is error. The charge for the 1 toilet with the flange was a $150 +244.20 totaling $394.20! My opinion is that I was over charged $150. I spoke to Tracy today she said charge as correct! Will not use again and will post this on my Facebook page to let 1032 friends know of their business practices.

I first discovered ASAP Plumbing when I had received nightmare service from another company. ASAP not only repaired the problem has since installed a Hot Water Heather. Their quality of work, fair pricing and reliability is something to be commended during these times when many companies fail to deliver good products or services. Kudos to you ASAP!

Called after buying a house ASAP had recently installed a HVAC unit in.
Their sticker was pasted on the unit.The unit when installed was supported by 8 2X4 boards on each side and about to fall off the 2x4s and crash through the ceiling. When I called ASAP they would not come out. 0 out of ten

They convinced us we needed a new heating and air conditioning unit so we got one through them, and then when it wouldn't work 3 months later, they wouldn't even return our calls. When our tenant called, they said they would not come out and service this unit. They do not stand by their work.

Replaced water heater ,new unit was leaking we were referred to ASAP plumbing by Rheem as one of their services in the area. ASAP tech said unit was installed incorrectly and that was the reason unit was leaking they said they could fix the problem they charged $373.00 for 1hr worth of work and problem leaking remains.
Rheem approved replacement of unit we contacted ASAP to advise Rheem's decision and after days of trying to get someone from ASAP got an email at 10:30pm from Chris at ASAP telling us they couldn't do the work see attached email

I was really happy with my service from ASAP Plumbing. They came out here within a day of my call and gave me a really reasonable quote for an installation on a water heater. I was really lucky to get an experienced plumber, Joe, who seemed to know his stuff about water heaters. I experienced an issue after the installation due to poor piping but ASAP sent over someone to fix the issue. ASAP will definitely be my go to company in the future. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Arrived 1 hour early with no warning call as promised. My husband had gone to store not expecting them until later. I had to answer door in PJs without my dentures because we wanted the service and I had to do so. I was very embarrassed. Polite and professional. Examined unit in question.Came up with ideas and solutions. Came back again same day to check for id on unit. Called back a few hours later and refused the job since they were the 3rd company we had contacted to fix the issue. and ""too many hands"" were in the job...... (original installer could not fix, second contractor never called back with part as promised)


UPDATE!! Owner called because they had bad reviews and offered a lame excuse. When refused his excuse he called me AN ANGRY BITCH!!!!!!!!

My water heater stopped working and after calling the company was out to my house the same day. The technician was very informative and went over all of my options for the situation. After thinking about it I decided to have it repaired right then since he had the parts that were needed on the truck. In general I found the experience to be professional and was satisfied with the fact that my heater was fixed the same day. If I had another issue I would use ASAP again.
