This company does not deserve a star. Unethical, overpriced and extremely unprofessional. Charged over $1,800.00 for a hot water heater and installation. The Hot Water heater quit working less than 1 month later. They told us the hot water heater failed because it got wet and were going to charge us another $580 to replace it. THEY NEVER EVEN CHECKED TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG. We got another opinion and they had the hot water heater working within minutes. They also told us that the original installer obviously had no clue what they were doing.

I would highly recommend ASAP plumbing. I was very satisfied with the professionalism on the job and the quality of their work. Price was reasonable, and they arrived when they said they would and the area was spotless when they left. Will certainly use them again!

I`m a fairly handy guy and don`t call anyone to fix anything if I can do it myself. That being said I had a leak under my kitchen sink that didn`t involve the PVC p-trap. The end of the lead waste pipe that comes out the the wall had broken off and needed to be repaired. I know lead can be welded but also knew welding under the sink was not a good idea (fire risk and lead fumes). My trip to Home depot in search of a solution was unsuccessful. I decided it was beyond my ability at this point and decided to call a plumber. I figured he could cut it off at the wall and maybe use a coupling. I didn`t know. My 1st mistake was calling ASAP plumbing. At $110 per hour I thought he could have it repaired within the hour and I could afford that. The plumber, John, showed up the next morning at the designated time. he evaluated the problem and quickly determined he had to go to Home depot for parts. Keep in mind that he is on the clock at $110 per hour. 45 minutes later he returns and tells me he cannot repair this pipe where it meets the PVC but must remove the whole 3` section of lead pipe which means, since the pipe is behind the wall he must tear out the wall to remove it. After destroying the wall and cutting the lead pipe from the cast iron drain he informs me he has to go back to Home Depot for a another part (still on the clock). He returns. Attaches the new PVC pipe to the remainder of the lead pipe at the drain and tells me he cannot put the PVC pipe back behind the wall where the lead pipe was but instead runs it out diagonally to the sink drain using strapping. It works but looks like hell. I was left to finish the repair (cosmetically). My thought is he should have come prepared. I told ASAP exactly what the problem is. His truck should have had the necessary parts in supply. Two trips to Home Depot totaling 1 1/2 hours @ $110 left me feeling like I was taken advantage of. If I ever need a plumber in the future I will not be calling ASAP.

We rented a house and experienced a series of broken pipes in the foundation. The landlord decided to have the whole house re-plumbed and called ASAP. The guys showed up on a Wednesday about 10 am, took a lunch break about 11:30 and left at 1:30 pm. Thursday was much the same. On Friday I asked them to be sure not to leave us without water over the weekend. They left again about 1:30 pm and we had no water. I called ASAP many times to complain and after several hours a """"supervisor"""" called to explain to me that I """"had no dog in this hunt"""" since I was a renter and he had no intention of helping us out. I called my landlord who also began to call and about 8:30 pm that night someone came out and ran a temporary line to our OUTSIDE faucet. I ran a hose to our bathroom window so that we could flush the toilet over the weekend. I will never use ASAP and would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

We had an outside drain water issue and called dozens of companies to try to get someone out to help. Larry Jr not only responded quickly, but reassured me that we would be taken care of. He was not wrong. Robert was very friendly, polite and curteous and worked through the issue with us to completion on the spot so no need for a follow up visit. Great pride in his work and a desire to make us happy throughout the process was apparent. Couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. Highly recommend!!

They are very professional and fast. The tech that came out had very good manners and was very professional. I'll definitely be using them again if I have any future plumbing issues...

We called asap out for a clogged bathtub. The first plumber was here for about 2 hours. He brought up a lot of sewer sludge into the bath tub and couldn't clear the tub. After he left asap called me to say a plumber was coming. I told them one of there guys has already come and left. They didn't even know he was here. Another more experienced plumber came out and was able to unclog the drain. The problem is they got the poop all over the walls, shower curtain, stained the tub and floor. The plumber was outside , so I asked him if they were going to clean up the mess. He told me, sure for 100 bucks an hour we don't work for free. Also he told I'm not washing your shower curtain. He then sped off pissed off. I called and asked for the manager, they said he would call me back, he didn't and I had to clean the poop off the entire bathroom.

Scheduling was great the office staff was very professional when scheduling my appointment. I had asked that the plumber call me 30 minutes before he was to finish the job as this is a rental property. He did not call. I picked up the receipt from the tenants. It was not itemized. I called and asked for an itemized receipt. One week later I called and again asked for an itemized receipt. Still waiting. I want to know what I am paying for and I need an itemized receipt for my taxes. I'm very disappointed.
