Wow! stay away. I hate leaving bad reviews. The owner cussed at me and talked over me.

I got on Yelp Tuesday 1.22.19 and sent multiple quote requests. Looking to find a plumber to fix a leak in a kitchen drain that was leaking into the basement and a master bath leak into the ceiling in living room.. It's a rental property so I have a manager helping me to meet contractors etc..
ASAP plumbing was the 1st company to call me back and set the appointment up for the next day. So I went with them. They showed up on Wednesday morning January 23rd. They snaked the kitchen drain and told my manager they will be back on Sunday 4 days later to see where the leaks are coming from.
My manager called me and said they snaked it but aren't coming back until Sunday.
I said ""why?"" ""They dont have time to do anything until then.""
We need to find someone ASAP we said. and laughed.
I called Done plumbing and scheduled for Thursday late afternoon.
Wednesday night the tenants ran the water and the kitchen drain backed up again.
Thursday morning Starz Plumbing followed up with a phone call and asked if everything was taken care of if not they could have someone out this morning. I asked what time? 45 minutes, he said. I said yes please!
They came out and resnaked it to 75 feet. Apparently ASAP plumbing only went only 25 feet according to my manager. Who knows, maybe there was a second clog? (No ones perfect.)
Sarzz plumbing said the leak was from the back up drain and the pipes were fine in the kitchen.
The master bath had a loose tile and Starz said if we re grout and secure the tile it should be good to go.

Ok, here is the ugly part
I called ASAP to cancel the Sunday appointment to come back and check the pipes.

Phone call:
Hello my name is Brent I want to cancel an appointment for Sunday. I told him that I needed it done as soon as possible in all he did was snake the line and said he'd come back in 4 days which really didn't help us we have 6 people who live thete and couldnt wait until Sunday.

Joe interrupts me and says you gave your manager ""full authority "" to make all decesions. I said he is my manager and meets contractors but doesn't have authority."" He interrupts me.
I said the drain started backing up again.
Joe said we didnt snake the drain. We didn't charge you anything!
You have the wrong company!
I said does Billy work for you? Yes, he is the master plumber, he said.
I said, well he snaked it, right in front of my manager. There is no reason fo my manager to lie.
Then he raised his voice again saying, ""I dont have any paperwork! We didn't charge you anything!"" I said, why are you raising your voice? He got louder. I said you're making this bigger than it is. He got louder. I asked if hes having bad day? He said the 2 words that start with F and end with U. I said are you serious. Oh my God. And as I refused to be mad he cussed more and more. I told him ""I love you and I hope your day gets better."" I literally hung up on him while he was yelling at me. I was shocked. I wish him well.
In retrospect im am so grateful that I dont have a contract with them. If God forbid there was a big issue I wouldn't be able to communicate with them. Or how about if I was having a bad day? I may not of put up with this guy and my day would be even worse. Im glad im in a good place menally.

This guy was just the complete opposite of customer service and meeting your clients needs.

I'm upset that I can't go lower than 1 star because this company deserves, at minimum, minus 41 stars. I wasn't sure I was going to write a review because I didn't want people to see how stupid I was in making this very regrettable decision ( think that's why there are only 4 reviews), as well as spending any more time on this complete trash of a company. But, the greater good won out, as people need to be warned and this company needs to be out of business.

This company was, unfortunately for me, the first to respond to my mass email. Because of the already low ratings on here, I didn't choose them as one of the companies to send an inquiry to, the system included them. They seemed decent, though, not great at a first impression just possibly decent & given the urgency of my problem, I booked them.

They said the technician (it's only one horrible guy who gave no name - read the other two reviews, yes, he's that rude until you agree to have him fleece you and pay him, then he'll chat you up in a sickening way where he won't shut up!!) would call before coming out, to give me a 45 min window, that didn't happen. My appointment was at 8AM. By 9:12 when I had not heard from these horrible people, I called them. The woman who answered didn't know what was going on so she put me on hold. She came back to say he was just finishing up at a job (I don't think this was true) and would be there shortly. When I asked how much longer, she said just drive time, about 30 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later, he arrived, no phone call to me while on his way, no apology at any point, nothing to indicate that my time was valuable in any way and that by showing up 2.5 hrs. later than scheduled, he wasted my time and at the very least an apology was warranted.

The terrible man was not personable. He was unfriendly, unprofessional & rude. He gave me an outrageous quote of $421 to clear my drain and put in a new garbage disposal. When I said I didn't have that kind of money, he got even more rude & unprofessional. He mentioned, angrily, that he was already giving me half off. What a line of BS! I knew that instantly! So he regularly charges $842 for this? No, he's a liar.

He claimed he couldn't just clean out the drain & threw out a bunch of lies & scare tactics. When I wasn't responding as fast as he wanted & he sensed I wasn't going to fall for his gimmicks, he threw one of his cards at me & said to call him when I decided what to do & began walking away. I told him to come back and had him do it, despite my gut saying otherwise

I did this dumb thing b/c I was in a bind. I needed to get this done & had already struck out with the availability of good companies, so I made a bad decision under duress. There were extenuating personal circumstances, that played a huge role in why I was vulnerable, & why I glossed over the yelp reviews

Do NOT under any circumstances skip the yelp reviews!! Yelp reviews cannot be changed, which is why you may see reviews that differ from a company's website vs. Yelp. These terrible people now have & 3 bad, legit reviews & 2, very questionable, positive reviews. IMO, it's not possible to have a good experience with ASAP. If you go w/ this company & feel it was a good experience, then something has to wrong. Also, if you truly think they're good, then I don't believe you have writing skills above a kindergarten level, which means you're incapable of writing a review.

Kick this company to the curb ASAP, otherwise you'll be kicking yourself for not doing so to begin!

We rescheduled for 8am Sat - you showed up at 10:30 AM with NO apology. I never yelled at anyone during the entire time you were here. In fact, I apologized to you for the way my sister was behaving. I also never demanded you do anything. You were never polite. No, I didn't base my conclusion and review after reading the Yelp reviews, you misunderstood. The experience itself was what I based my review on. The other negative reviews lined up w/ your boorish personality and that's why I mentioned them. Read it again, and this time bring someone with a higher reading comprehension than a second grader.
- Why were you surprised? If I did the things you claimed, had a screaming match with my sister and then demanded you drain my sink, then you should NOT have been surprised at all to see an accurate and negative review of your lack of professionalism and atrocious attitude. And why would you stick around if someone is yelling at another person and demanding you do something? Your long, defensive attack on me speaks volumes. A smart business person would have tried to reconcile with the unhappy customer. Instead, you immediately go on the attack, exaggerating & lying. You're sorry that I wrote a blistering review. I don't believe that had I called your office to air my grievances, that you would have done the right thing by your customer. Let other customers decide for themselves just how awful you are.

A month ago when I noticed some dripping in my kitchen from the upstairs bath, I called ASAP, they came over and said, no big deal, just recaulk the faucet. Wow! Thanks! I recaulked feeling great. But the leak came back

So these guys arrive to my house again, which has a leaking pipe coming from the upstairs shower. The guy looks up into the hole I've opened up in the kitchen ceiling, says, ""sorry can't help you. that's polybutylene and it's a Colorado Class Action"". I'm like OK what does that mean. He responds, ""I told you all I can tell you. Sorry"". I asked for some advice (mind you, the water is dripping into a bucket in my kitchen. He responded that I'll just have to have get the plumbing replaced throughout the entire house. He also suggested I search Google for a DIY video. And then... he just... leaves!!!

Within minutes of him leaving, the leak becomes worse, starts to spray. I'm new in this house, no plumbing experience, so I call him back, desperate, ""Hey could you at least help me get the water turned off? I don't know how to do it!"". Imagine me standing there, water spraying into my kitchen from the ceiling. ""No, sorry can't do that. Look for a valve on the front of the house"". So these guys won't even help someone who's desperate and all I asked for at this point was help turning off my water!

I finally called Plumbline, who made an emergency trip to my house and was here within minutes. Talking to the plumber, he started laughing at my story and couldn't believe how that guy from ASAP left me hanging!

Then I told him that ASAP couldn't fix my polybutylene leak and the Plumbline guy practically fell over in disbelief. Plumbline fixed my leak in about 30 minutes, replaced the leaking polybutylene with some way better stuff.

So I'll just say, don't even bother calling these guys unless you want to feel like you're totally bothering them. Call Plumbline.

I requested a quote as shown in the advertisement and received a response for $10.00. I called to inquire if that was a type-0 or the right price. The person I spoke to gave me this long dissortation on how they do not gives quotes over the phone or in emails or texts. He was very rude to say the least. I asked how much the service call was, and he said he thought he just went over that with me.
worst customer service I have ever seen. I wont hire this guy.

I was trying to get some general pricing for unclogging a toilet but the person who answered wanted to come out and see it before giving me a price. I said that's fine but can you just give me an idea how much it would cost looking for a range. He then got rude and told me that I wouldn't understand because I'm not a plumber. I told him I was leaving a bad yelp review for him and responded by saying, ""oooh that's really going to hurt"".
