I've used Paul at ASAP plumbing twice. He was prompt and honest. The first time he worked with me to figure out the cheapest, easiest solution instead of charging me just to charge me. On Saturday I noticed a significant water leak in my front yard. I called my normal plumbing company but they could not send anyone out until the following week. With water now shut off to the house I needed water restored as quickly as possible. I called ASAP Plumbing and Paul answered listen to my problem and said he would be at my house within 2 hours. Upon his arrival he quickly identified the problem, a tree root had created the leak in the main water line. Within a relatively short time he had water restored to the home. Paul was extremely responsive, performed a profession repair and charged a very reasonable price especially considering it was a week end. I had called ASAP Plumbing due to water hammer and left Paul a message. He called me back very quickly. He even came out the same day to replace the pressure reducing valve and thermal expansion tank. It was all done very quickly and neatly. No more water hammer!

New Years Day, 2020...... walk out to my garage to head to get some coffee... I see water on the ground and hear what sounds like a rainstorm in my garage. Water heater spewing water all over the place. Call ASAP Plumbing who I got off of Yelp, without even reading 1 review. Paul answered listened to my problem, and asked to send a picture. He sent a picture back to show me which valve to use to turn off the water to house. He called back immediately, told me he can come out later this afternoon. He also gave me instructions to stop the water from leaking all over my garage. He came, explained what I needed, and commence to putting in a new water heater a SUPER price, all on New Years Day! I would recommend this plumber to anyone and everyone!! SERVICE and EXPERTISE is world class!! Won't be using anyone else ever again as long as i'm in the area.

Paul is a true professional. He quoted us a very reseasonable price for work to be completed on our master bath faucet and also for purchasing and installing a garbage disposal. When the master bath repair didn't go as easily as planned (he spent about 2 hours on a what should have been a 30 minute repair), he worked very hard to make it work so it would be cost effective for us. When he was finished with the work, he was going to stick to the original quoted price. Since he spent so much extra time on the bath faucet repair, we paid him for an extra hour just because he worked very hard on it, and was not going to charge us an additional charge for the additional time. I would not hesitate to recommend ASAP Plumbing and Drain to everyone. My dad is a retired plumber, and he couldn't believe that Paul would not try to charge us for the extra time. He told me that we found an honest and hard-working plumber!

Paul was outstanding! Nasty water leak from upstairs master bath to downstairs ceiling that was sudden. He was so flexible and was at our home within an hour - from an evening call! I was not expecting that. They live up to their name - ASAP! Paul immediately diagnosed the issue before removing the toilet and he was right! He was thorough, explained things along the way, friendly and finished with great quality. We were so grateful for his help!
