He was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and stood behind his work. I can't say enough nice things about these folks. Hurricane Iram slowed things down but they stayed in communication with us and made sure our plumbing problem was fixed ASAP! Tim the main plumber on site was very responsive and professional. Excellent people to do business with! We appreciate your taking care of our slab leak immediately. I would recommend ASAP plumbing without reservation. I was very satisfied with the quality of their work as well as their professionalism on the job. Price was reasonable, and they arrived when they said they would and cleaned up before they left. Will certainly use them again!

I called them and they want $450 to come and do work that takes an hour. That's literally robbing people and should be allowed. Rolland Rease Plumbing came and they charge $140 for the first hour and $40 every 15 mins. That actually works since it's a hour job. Don't throw your money away because ASAP plumbing charges dumb pricing taking advantage of people.

Called A.S.A.P Plumbing to come out and do a annual inspection on my Backflow required by the city. John came out on 12/12/2019 checked the backflow and came into my office with two options, one was to rebuilt it for $667.36 or replace it for $993.78. I asked John twice if he was sure it need to be repaired and he stated YES, I told John I would get a second opinion before having them do the work, he said no problem. I had another company come out this morning 12/16/2019 to tell me it passed inspection and didn't need anything else. I feel like ASAP Plumbing tried to take advantage of us because we have no knowledge of this process. Called and spoke to the owner Larry Dean today 12/16/2019 about our experience. Larry gave me excuse after excuse why this could of happen, instead of just owning up to what his guy did. Never once did the Owner John Dean apologize and try to make things right, just had excuses. Will also file a complaint with the attorney's General office.
