We are pleased to recommend ASAP Plumbing. We had to evict a tenant from our townhouse. The townhouse was a disaster, including the plumbing. Clogged drains, broken fixtures, destroyed toilets, water heater, etc. Charles walked us through everything that needed to be done (and some things that we did not need to replace). Charles and Ricardo then worked the entire day and completed everything, including hauling away the debris and cleaning up. All of this at a very fair price!

Charles at ASAP Plumbing is great to work with. I've had a few plumbing issues with my kitchen sink and bathroom over the last year. He was super responsive which is a necessity when you have a plumbing emergency. He's always respectful and wears booties before entering the house. He makes sure to clean up after he's done working. And he charges a fair price. Plumbers can be pretty expensive but his pricing is really reasonable.

Our shower and hot water heater were not working. I called and they came out right away. The shower was fixed immediately, I actually liked the new shower head they recommended. He had to order a part for my water heater and he fixed it. Saved me hundreds of dollars not having to buy a new water heater. I definitely recommend ASAP plumbing am im keeping their number on speed dial.

Update: 7/17/23 We had a gas smell. PG&E only turned off the gas and said call a plumber. Again I reached out to ASAP. He checked the plumbing and made a fast and great looking repair. Here was patient and explained his steps along the way. We are grateful to have our gas back on so quickly. I don't feel taken advantage of on pricing. We will continue to call on ASAP.

We sent a request via yelp and was contacted back almost immediately. My partner called and was happy with services. They were pleasant and less expensive than originally thought! We are grateful as we had been struggling with our sink! We also had our kids home, I was at work, and my partner had to balance the plumber and our two kids. the plumber was great with them as well and even did whatever they could to help. 20/10

Within an hour of me making a post on Yelp, Charles had messaged me from ASAP plumbing and he came quickly to fix my problem (a pipe on the side of my yard was leaking underground).
