Unprofessional, if you are not interested in accepting a job communication is key. If you commit to a certain time and can't fulfill that commitment contact the person who scheduled the appointment and explain why don't just show up 6 hours late, that is your choice. I try to patronize my community first but unfortunately it has not worked out .

I have had a water heater installed and a sink through this company. I have to say that I am absolutely pleased with the work that he has done. The quality of install, low cost and the clean and diligent work that he's done so far has exceeded my expectations. Also the customer service was amazing, great communication and fast responses. Definitely a company I see myself using long term.

Our downstairs shower clogged up and would not drain on Christmas Day. I called another plumber first thing the next morning and the receptionist took my information and said the plumber would call me back shortly. I waited several hours and when I still had not gotten a call back I called Affordable Drain Services who promptly scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. I made arrangements for the plumber to let himself in because we were not home at the time. The plumber quickly determined that our septic tank was full and he spent the next hour or so trying to locate the tank because when we bought the house, the septic tank location was not disclosed to us. The plumber made arrangements for our septic tank to be pumped the next day. The pump truck arrived at the allotted time and pumped out our septic tank without incident. Everyone I dealt with at Affordable Drain Services was professional and prompt. I highly recommend the company!
