December 2018, T Dotson's DrainTech rebuilt our company parking lot's failing manhole for $8,775.00. Almost immediately we noticed the 10,000 psi concrete pad (backed by a lifetime guarantee) around the manhole cracking. The purchasing manager sent 3 emails in May, 2019. The controller sent 3 emails in the month of June. We have received neither a visit nor a call. The fear is the cracking concrete pad will allow water to infiltrate the manhole casing damaging the new manhole! We have pictures available that clearly show the many cracks in the concrete pad after only 6 months.

No communication in 2 months is unacceptable. T Dotson's DrainTech does not stand behind its work!

I had both pumps go out in my sewer system. The sump valve froze up in the main pump pit, causing the backup pump to burn out. I contacted DrainTech, and it was fixed in no time! The sump pumps were replaced with larger sewer pumps, incorrect size piping was replaced with 2"" pipe, and the check valves were replaced with new quiet valves. Now both pits have plastic lids that won't rust! Very professional! I could not be happier with the service! Go DrainTech!
