Comon guys you were in our condo complex for two days and identified the leak after 36 hours and many trucks. Also when I came by on the second day without any water, your crew is laughing and have a good time. Meanwhile, we got senior citizens wondering around the complex trying to figure out what to do. It shouldn't take that long to identify the leak, and if it does, the least the crew can do is be serious and get the job done. Get the job done.

Tim and James of ASAP Drain Guys came to the aid of our HOA on Sunday afternoon when a water leak was discovered on one of the properties. When they explained what needed to be done we chose to wait for Monday to have it fixed. Promptly at 8am they were there, as promised and did a terrific job in fixing a pipe buried under concrete. They kept us informed as to their progress and expected time of completion. They met their own deadline and we were able to restore water service to all. Tim and James are great representatives for their company and we will gladly have them come help us again.

Contacted ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing on a Sunday for a drain blockage and Mathew answered on the first ring. I explained the problem and he gave me the choice between an appointment that same day or the next day. I choose the next day. On Monday the Tito and Angle called in route and then arrived shortly right on time. They evaluated the problem and gave a great quote. It took a while for the drain snake to reach the problem, but finally Tito and Angle cleared the blockage of roots and some type of wipes. Next they ran a camera through and showed me the condition of the pipes. I was very impressed and thankful. I recommend ASAP for any plumbing needs.

I was referred by my regular plumbers to ASAP Drain Guys. I was scheduled right away and Salim called to let me know he was on his way. Put new valves on my washing machine faucets, cleared 2drains and 2 tub overflow covers. Very quick and efficient. Will call again when needed.

Exterior Water Line repair
Omed at ASAP Plumbing did an outstanding repair for an underground leak on my main water line. The leak occurred after hours on the weekend. It was a complicated repair involving the water company malfunctioning equipment as well as the problems on my line. Omed arrived almost immediately after my call. he worked through the weekend to restore water to our house. He coordinated with the water company and with my insurance coverage as needed throughout the process. He kept us informed at each stage and completed the repair as quickly and has cost efficiently as possible. Omed was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I was extremely satisfied with the services performed and will use Omed and ASAP for any future plumbing needs.

I called ASAP because i Had issues with both my toilets being so hard to flush that the handles broke off, and they were so fast! Called me back same day and got a guy out to fix them the next day!
Ahmad was the tech they sent out and he arrived right on time with a great and enthusiastic attitude! Not what you'd expect from a plumber! He got right to work and finished the job in less than an hour and my toilets finally flush easily! Thank you so much Ahmad! Will definitely call these guys again and request Ahmad!

Called ASAP today, came out and fixed my toilet. Had roots growing in the line . Taher did a great job. Cleaned the line out , ran a camera down the line to see if any other problems with the line . Very nice and friendly! Would recommend him , and his company!
