We just recently had to place a Home Warranty request for a leak. They sent out a never heard of before plumbing company from out of the area; I would not recommend them. With out going into boring details I decided to go around the warranty company and just called ASAP Drains. I use them in my own Property Management Company. They came out assessed a tricky situation, fixed it. Boom Done. Our technician worked so hard, it's been so hot and he had to work in a cramped space, but he did it without complaining.

The other company didn't want to do anything accept have us remove a very expensive set of installed cabinets so it was very easy for him.

We've been using ASAP at 5th Avenue Property Management for over a year, I've been very happy with their workers, timeliness of their response and quality. We probably use them a minimum of once a week if not more like five.

One of the things I like is when we have a water heater leak, if we need to do a dry out and remove the water heater, they will install a temporary water heater. This allows the tenants to stay in the property and not have to be relocated while the repairs and dry out happen.

My mom had a leak under her sink.
Turned out to be a angle stop (shut off valve).
Steve from ASAP charged her $79 to diagnose the problem. No kidding you could see the leek. I had twisted my ankle and was unable to fix it.
I placed paper towels under the sink. Still leaking. Steve came out charged my mom again. Still leaking came out a third time. Still leaking. We hired a different plumbing company Steve used the wrong part. During Steve's visit his truck leaked oil in our driveway. A supervisor came out yesterday and nothing will be refunded. My mom called her credit card company and reversed the changes

Stephen came even earlier than expected on a Saturday emergency call to unblock a sink in the women's restroom at our winery, BK Cellars Urban Winery. Because it was a quick fix Stephen was kind enough to discount the service call. We appreciate the quick and courteous service. Thanks ASAP!

This past weekend, I called ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing to come and unclog my main sewer line. The work was completed the next day and all is well. However, I then called to obtain an estimate on having the main sewer line hydro-jetted to more thoroughly clean that line. I received a call today from one of their managers. I asked about the online offer that stated that with any paid drain cleaning service, a free sewer camera inspection was also offered. The manager stated that it was in fact offered. I then asked about a military discount and was told by him that I could get the free ($185.00 value) camera inspection OR the 10 % ($32 value) military discount, but not both. So I asked how that offer benefited a veteran, over EVERYONE else in San Diego, in any way, when the veteran is offered a $32 discount but EVERYONE ELSE in San Diego is offered the $185 discount? He stated that I could just take the $185 discount like everyone else as it is available to EVERYONE. Again, I stated that this was NO perk or good deal for any veteran when a veteran could choose to take their ""military discount"" only to lose out on the free ($185.00 value) camera inspection. If you choose to take your $32 military discount, you are cheated out of the $185 discount. It is just math, pure and simple. In other words, this company offers NO additional discounts to veterans at all. THIS makes ZERO sense and is no way to acknowledge the sacrifices and service of military active duty and veterans throughout the San Diego area. And this manager stated that he was also a veteran but had ZERO desire to acknowledge how this policy did NOTHING to give a veteran a little extra for his/her service. As always, this company places profit over customer service. They should be ashamed of this policy.

Forget my review, Ahmad a great guy but hooked me up with wrong guy for water damage. That guy contacted my Ins and before my homeowners insurance approved any work tore up my bathroom. Luckily after 5 days of fighting with my insurance company they agreed to give me a check for my loss I will never use this plumbing company again because I do not want them to refer other companies that they personally work with? Beware if this plumbing company tries to talk you into using their referral companies that they use!

I live in a 40 year old track home in Carlsbad where I dont think the landscape drains had ever been properly cleaned out. I called ASAP Drain guys this morning around 9:30. The receptionist was very friendly. She told me they could have someone at my house by noon. The driver was right on time as well he called me to say he was on his way
His name is Toby. He was fantastic. He knew what to do and went over a few different options with me on how to approach the absolutely clogged drain pipes. I wasnt optimistic that clearing the corregated drain pipes would even be possible. But to my peasant surprise these guys had done it! Toby and his assistant got it done! I will be calling ASAP on a regular basis to keep the pipes clear from now on.
I dont usually write reviews but this company definitely deserve a rave review!

Warning. The tech sat in his car for over 30 minutes before knocking on my door. I was overcharged for the actual amount of time he was there. The leak got fixed but I wouldn't recommend this company. I reached out to them to contest the time but they refused to adjust my bill.

We had Tanner out to replace the main gas supply valve to our home. He showed up with the needed parts. While the job proved to be more difficult than normal, Tanner was still able to complete it quickly and at a very reasonable cost.
Based on our first experience with ASAP I would highly recommend them.

James and Toby did a good job and very customer service oriented. So I called again to have another drain cleared but they sent a guy with zero customer service skills. He said me asking questions is taking up his time... so showed him the door out. I'm taking my business somewhere.

Ramon from this plumbing company came out to take care of a very big and complicated job of unclogging my kitchen sinks. He had to find the problem with his camera and it was located inside our condo between the bathroom and bedroom. He was very professional and explained to me what he was doing and what had happened. I was impressed with how clean he kept the condo and area he repaired and how quickly he did the job. I would recommend this company and/or Ramon for your repairs.
