I always seem to need plumbers only on Sunday evening, and this was no exception. JIm arrived within 30 minutes of my call, and resolved the problem quickly and professionally. No double talk, no attempts to upsell, just a job done right and done quickly. I'll use them again.

this service was a life saver, i woke up at 5p after a long night shift to find a walk in shower in my basement was backing up with lets just say nasty stuff after 3 hours of shop-vacing, bleaching and mopping i had to shut off all the water valves to ensure another mess would not be created, after i cleaned i was filthy and needed a shower bad but didnt know what to do because it was 9pm by now, luckily i found out that ASAP was a 24 hr service so i called them up. litterally 25 min after i called them a guy was at my front door ready to go i was shocked how fast he was i wish i got his name. He worked on the problem and told me i had roots growing in the pipe that was causing the problem which had to be 10 years worth of roots because we had not services our main line in atleast 10 years, he spent 2 hours working hard and got the line cleared everything in my house was draining and running better, he fix it all cleaned up the mess after. i got my much needed shower and a neglected problem fix within 2 hours of calling all backed by a warranty on the work he did. how can you beat it?

EXCELLENT....polite, fast, professional....Called on a Sunday night and Ed Ostini their plumber was as good as it gets....first time I have EVER written a review about anything.....they deserve this rating!

We hired this company to install a faucet in our bathroom, little did we know it would take 3 visits to get the job done right.
In the first place they told us it would be $125.00 total but when the first guy came he tried to charge me $140.00. I told him no way. He agreed to take $125.00 as quoted but he should of said that in the first place.
When the faucet was installed he did it improperly. It started leaking with 12 hours. I will have to say they sent someone out the day I called. The 2nd guy came and fixed the problem and said the 1st guy did it wrong. After he left the faucet started leaking within 6 hours. Finally we had a 3rd person come and fix the problem. He said the 2nd guy didn't put putty where he should of. I cannot believe the quality of plumbers they sent out. Very bad business dealings!!

I had a bathroom back up so I called ASAP plumbing to come and take a look. They sent me a technician and an office secretary who was in training to fix the problem. The last time I called these guys they came to my house and snaked the line for $88... So I thought it's the same deal here... Well the first thing the tech made me do is sign a blank invoice that says inspect and diagnose the line. Well the tech couldn't figure out where the blockage was and kept trying pretty well the same thing over and over again. Not realizing I am being charged by the hour, he kept coming back to the house for three days for a few hours each day... Seemed like a nice guy until he handed me the invoice... Well the problem was never solved and I was told I needed to dig somewhere nears the street to find the problem... For this sketchy diagnosis I was slapped with a bill for $1144. Upon complaining about the invoice, the young tech made it clear that they make their living by running the hourly rate.. So he kept spinning his wheels and the clock on my dime...The issue was never solved and I was told it maybe under the street which need to be handled by The city but for the city to come take a look, a report need to be written describing what the plumber has done. When I called to contest the hefty invoice owner Tracey said he wouldn't write the report unless I pay my invoice. I was blackmailed to pay the hefty invoice so that Tracey can write the report.. The city came out and they said the plumber didn't do his job because they didn't locate where the potential issue was so I caws to get another plumber for proper diagnosis. I called another plumber ARS plumbing. They came out and said they will snake the line and camera it for $88 and if they don't clear it I don't have to pay. They did in one hour what These guys tried and failed to do in three days....Save your money and stay away from these blood suckers. I will be complaining to the BBB about these guys

We own a number of rental properties, and we occasionally need a plumber. We have used ASAP a number of times and I must say that I have experienced 100% satisfaction on every single time we have used them.

ASAP always provides quick service to every call we have ever requested. The service has been excellent. I called them today for a service call and they contacted my tenant, visited the property and had the call completely resolved in less than 2 hours from the time I called in. They called to tell me that I did not need a new water heater - and that it was simply a loose water line. How is that??? Any other plumbing service would have used it as an emergency to upsell a new water heater. To me, the most important trait I look for in these contractors is HONESTY. These guys run and honest business. To me, that is priceless and they will get my repeat business.

ASAP plumbing did a great job fixing a broken pipe to our house's sprinkler system in January 2014. The best part was that they lived up to their name by showing up at our house in under 30 minutes, which was great because the leak was sudden and high volume. The dispatcher was polite and efficient and the plumber called immediately to let me know he was on his way. The plumber really seemed to know what he was doing and had the situation under control right away and fully repaired in a couple hours.

ASAP Drain Guys was sent to inspect toilets at our place. First of all, the technician David called my husband on Friday morning -- stating he would there at 9am -- no show until almost 11am. ALL HE DID WAS USE ALL THE TOILET PAPER IN THE BATHRROMS -- to inspect for clogged toilets.

Technician DAVID stated he ran lots of water down to ensure good flow -- according to my husband --- all he did was flush the toilets with TP.

MAY SURE YOU ASK WHAT TECHNICIAN THEY ARE SENDING OUT --- IF DAVID--ASK FOR A MORE EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGABLE ONE.

I'm not sure I'm a total ""fan"" yet, but ASAP was back to my house again to replace a burnt out garbage disposal also covered by my home warranty plan. This time, they sent Bobby, who couldn't have been more efficent or had a better attitude. So I would give him, on his own, 5 stars easily. Since 2 out of 3 of their repair men have been great, I'm upgrading my rating to 4 stars overall, but I'm still having a hard time getting the bad taste out of my mouth caused by the first guy they sent. If I'd gotten either Donald or Bobby the first time around, this review would have been good from the get-go. I'm not 100% if the company deserves a great rating, but I want to be fair and reflect the excellent service I've received from their other technicians.
