Charlie H.UPDATED AFTER POST BELOW. I live in DC the property was in VB. I searched the business by the phone number and confirmed the name I have written down.
I had a leaking window on my rental property in Virginia Beach. I needed the outside leak fixed and inside repaired. I got told ""small jobs aren't worth me driving out there so it's easier if I just fix it on the spot"". I told him I live in DC and can't nor will I authorize that and this was not going to be a 1 day job. I got told he'd talk to my tenant on the following Friday. My tenant never got a call so I can only assume nobody showed up. I guess an $8000 job is too small for these ppl. Must be nice to not have to worry about small jobs or to just blow off ppl . Two stars because the limited conversation the guy was polite.

Amazing work and exceptional quality. They sent photos and emails every step of the way. We couldn't ask for a better result. John is a total pleasure to work with.
