The owner has HORRIBLE customer service skills while the technican I had, James, was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. The owner is rude and even resorted to YELLING (yes, I said yelling) at me on the phone when I was simply asking him for status on my work order. When I asked him to stop yelling, he yelled louder that he was not yelling, but on the speaker phone. He further stated that ""we"" were having a bad day as he threatened to hang up on me. I politely told him that I had a great day and he should not disrespect his customers. He then told me that since I was going through a warranty company, I was not a priority (not those exact worlds, but how I interpreted it). Then to add further insult, he yells that I had to call back in the morning because he didn't handle the submission of orders. Again, I told him that he had horrible customer service skills to which he replied, ""if you're going to criticize me, I'm going to hang up on you"". Needless to say, this company will not service my home even though the technican James was outstanding.

I don't often write reviews, but in this case it is warranted. I called them this morning with a plumbing crisis. Within 7 hours they were here, assessed the problem and completed a repair. James was exceptional. Great responsiveness from the company, great service and great value. Good communication and very timely. What I feared would be a several thousand dollar repair over several days they fixed in an hour for a fraction of the cost. I am now a customer for life. Thank you Aquia! -Jason H.

Ridiculously overpriced. Had a broken faucet (froze during winter). Took 30 minutes and was charged equivalent of $500 an hour. Use anyone else....

Called because my hot water heater was leaking. Had an appointment 24 hours later between 10 and 2. I had to shut off the main water line because the shut off for hot water heater was broken. I called around 11:30 on the day of the appointment and had to leave a message. I asked when the technician was coming because I have no water. No one called back. At 1:50, I called Aquia Stafford Plumbing and Cindy, the receptionist, had no idea who I was and there was no appointment. Cindy didn't understand why I was upset. I had no running water. Thankfully, I found someone else to replace my hot water heater.

The plumbing part of the service was ok. He was on time, but he did not understand the job, nor bring the proper parts - so he had to leave for more than 1.5 hours.
My real problem was the price. $1000 to replace a vanity, replace a sink faucet, and run a water supply to the refrigerator ice maker. The plumber was here and gone in ~4 hours - including the 1.5 hours where he left because he did not bring the parts he needed. The work could have been accomplished in 3 hours had the dispatcher actually told the plumber what was needed. I called to discuss the price with the owner. He was not willing to work with me or discuss it. If he doesn't want to discuss it, then I guess there is nothing else to discuss with Aqui Stafford Plumbing Inc. - EVER AGAIN.

I will never use this company - they came to my house did an inspection and I have insurance and they screw me with my insurance by saying that my water heater leaking was old. This water heater always had rust since I got the house.

It was his opinion after all what counted so now I had to pay for it from my pocket. How can just one assume? without asking the client how did it happen? how long has it been? just came in my house and did his own evaluation. I also had to pay him to screw me over, what a great service but no thanks.

Absolutely the worst customer service! Never in my life have I ever dealt with such unprofessionalism, and from the owner at that! This company is money hungry they will tell you one thing but then find away to nickel and dime you. The owner is condescending and rude, he does not give a care about his customers, and at this rate I am trying to figure out how his company has stayed in business with his attitude. I am so disappointed in how he handled the situation that I am willing to pay another company more than what I was quoted by his company because of him. Telling a customer that they need to practice patience, that it is not ""his job to make me happy"" or that I ""MUST"" apologize is not customer service. I highly suggest that you do not call this company to do any plumbing work or if you happen to get referred to them through your home warranty company ask for another company, never again will they step foot in my house I could care less if my house was flooding. I will pay someone else to do the work. Customer service is everything.
