Absolutely the worst service I have ever had from a company. I have already left a review and it was never published, assuming because I had nothing good to say about this awful company. Eric came to my house on March 7th and gave me a quote on my shower pipe issue. He told me he was one of the only guys working that week (there was a death in someone's family) and that he would get back to me the 8th or 9th to see when he could come that week. I didn't hear from him the 8th or 9th (I was being patient because of the death and I know everyone is understaffed.) I called him on the 10th and he apologized and said the week got away from him but he PROMISED he would call me Monday the 14th to schedule and promised it would be done that week. Monday came, did not hear from Eric. It was 330, and I figured I would call them. Went to company voicemail, I did not leave a message. I called again at 430, nothing, this time I left a voicemail. Called again at 630, nothing, did not leave a message. Eric had called me on his personal cell, so I called him at 745 pm, nothing, I left him a not so nice voicemail, asking him if he didn't want to complete the job, could he at least tell me. That night I called another plumber to schedule service. Tuesday the 15th came, and I got a call from Chris from ASAP, the ""master plumber"". Chris had NO idea about my issue with Eric, Eric had just passed him my job without saying anything, so Chris was confused about my frustration with Eric and their company. Chris apologized 1,000 times and said he would make it up to me, do the job for cheaper, and would even do it after hours if necessary. He told me he would be there March 17th, at 5 pm. Later he called me, said he didn't realize Thursday was St Patrick's day, and scheduled for Saturday BEFORE noon. Saturday the 19th came, it was 11 Am and I had not heard from Chris. I text him (I have 3 dogs and wanted to make sure I had them put away before he came), I asked him what his ETA was. He called me pretty immediately and told me he was in Columbus for his nephews wrestling match. He literally was not even going to call me and let me know that he was not even coming!!!! He said he would come the 20th and fix the job at noon. I was DONE WITH THEM at this point and told him to forget it and I would hire someone else. These two dragged me around for 2 full weeks. HORRIBLE company and would NEVER EVER hire these people. I would literally rather fix it myself. Pathetic excuse for a plumbing business.

Moved to Oregon, Ohio from CA and needed to have our gas line tapped into to use our gas dryer. We were able to get ASAP to come out to give us a quote, which they did... but they never came back to complete the job. Even after several calls and just as many ""no shows"" in 2 weeks, we are still without a dryer.

Had a leak spring on a laundry valve on a weekend (late Sat. night!). Called ASAP and they were able to get things secure for overnight and were even able to squeeze me in early Sunday afternoon to finish the job. Very professional, knowledgable, fast and they put everything back when they finished. Great service! Great people! I'd highly recommend!!

We've used ASAP for years. We called them this time after the hot water faucet wouldn't stop dripping. Today Vic and Tony replaced both faucets in our bathroom tub/shower. They were thorough and professional. We are happy to be able to use our shower now without draining our hot water. Thanks ASAP!

I am so impressed with how fast, professional, and polite these gentleman were. They called within the time frame I was given, showed up 10 minutes later and got right down to business. They were professional and told us what our options were and then got right down to work. I would recommend them to anyone.

I work in Detroit as a master electrician. my wife lost hot water. I wouldn't be home for the weekend. she called them and they came out and told her that the wiring in the hot water tank was fried. that we would need a new tank and that they would install it for $1800. I told her I would be home the next day and to wait for me to diagnose it. I found that the flammable vapor sensor was bad, a $14 part. i replaced it and the hot water tank came on. no issues since. this company is dishonest and a bunch of crooks. there are people that would have paid because they don't know any better. Shame on this company. A few days prior to that my wife called about our sump pump not working they told her $500 to replace the pump right off the batt without ever looking at it the pump is a $39 pump it takes 2 minutes to install and nothing was wrong with the pump the float was hung up total dishonesty and No integrity

This company ruined my kitchen floor because the ""plumber"" they sent to my home did a hack job and did not check his work before leaving. He left us with multiple leaks which caused water damage. Instead of making it right, the owners refused responsibility, lied to us, and accused us of trying to get a new kitchen on their dime. All we asked was for the damaged section of our floor (which was brand new) to be fixed.

Our experience with this company is that they have a culture of being rude, messy, and extremely unprofessional. To make the entire situation worse, associates of the owner, Eric Salmon, have left false negative reviews of my husband's company in retaliation for our negative reviews. Not only is this behavior immature and unprofessional, it's illegal. I would caution against doing business with any company that thinks behaving like that is okay.

If you use this company, which I strongly advise against, check to make sure every single person that enters your home is in fact licensed. The license number on the paperwork is very misleading as it is not the license number of the person performing the work. Also, be sure to get an itemized breakdown of the parts and labor before paying because they would not send us one when we requested one. Lastly, document everything, every phone call, every conversation, all work done, photos, videos, etc, for your own protection. If you've had issues like us, do your part to hold this business accountable, and file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Consumer Protection Office.

I had ASAP come out for clogged drain. Not the most exciting job, but they were super efficient, polite, tidy, and explained everything to me. The communication for scheduling and arrival was what I expect from a company committed to delivering a good customer experience. I would use them again.
