I believe the other reviews are done by the business themselves. This company will do anything to make an extra buck, even when it's unethical. They would use the scare tactics to make you believe you have or going to have a major problem, so you would spend more. I am trying to protect my identity so I will not going to describe what I went through. However, what I can tell you is that I spent about a few thousand dollars and my problem was not solved at all. This father and son team is a total joke. Sam would tell you he has to support his three sons, they get paid every Friday, etc ....to get your sympathy and to sign off the ok to do the job. Sam promised to finish my job before leaving for another job. Well he lied, and instead one or two of his sons showed up at 1pm every other day and Sam would show up once in a while. He said that the job would be finished in 3 to 4 days, and it ended up to be over a week. With that, I would never use this company again, ever or recommand anyone using this company at all. Watch out for this Sam. He is very manipulative. Anyhow, I ended up hiring someone else to do just a simple job, which cost me almost nothing.

Sam knows what he's doing -- I believe he's been in the plumbing business for over 30 years. I had called another relatively major company out (my mistake) but they never came when they said they would, nor did they call to let me know there was an issue -- I had to call them. Sam, however, took my call while on another job, actually called me right back when he was able to write down my information, and was at my home within just a couple hours. This was extremely comforting since we had a complete main sewer blockage -- the details of which aren't pretty and better left to your imagination!

I knew immediately when talking to Sam on the phone that I had found the right person. He knew exactly what to expect with our home's age. He was able to go up on our roof and use the access there to unclog the line. The entire house had been backed up; the entire house breathed a sigh of relief (and we could breathe again, as well!)

All of this was done for less than the price of a reasonable hotel room...to get us to where we'd actually have toilets and showers again. Sam also gave us some solid advice regarding structural modifications for saving even more in the future.

All of this, and knowing that I'm working with an actual owner/operator really seals the deal for me. A good man, a good business, and good work done in a timely manner. And he lives right here in the San Bernardino area. If necessary, I'll be a returning customer!
