Terrible company to do business with...First I had to follow up for a week with Garrison for the estimate to be sent to me. Then another week of back and forth to get the work done. This company simply does not know how to tell a day of the week or the time of the day. Then took the money but never did the job completely or hooked the system; left the irrigation lines right on top of the mulch and never hooked them into the waterline. So I had to follow up again for days with no response. I simply gave up and plan to dispute the charges. I would not want a company like this to be near my house let alone servicing my irrigation system.

I am updating my previous review. A's irrigation system came finally to fix the issue. For that, I give one more star. But I just realized that the fix was not done correctly. They used a pipe joint compound instead of plumbers tape to seal and recap the pipe. The cap should come out every year for winterization. Although it provides tighter sealing than the plumbers tape, when you think you need to remove the cap every year for winterization and put it back next Spring, no one would use the compound. I haven't seen anyone use the compound for that, and also A's irrigation system used the plumber's tape before but when they came to fix it, they just put the compound around the pipe to quickly fix the leaking. Yes, that fixed the leaking but it causes other issue. I will leave it as it is for this season, but when I need to winterize in the fall, I will have other contractor cut the thread pipe portion and replace it with a new pipe.... Maybe A's irrigation system thought that I would not hire them again and that's why they did this quick fix? This is more mess for me...

Very good experience. Gerson (husband of owner) came to my property and inspected my front and side yards for the irrigation system I was considering, A few days later I received a comprehensive estimate
by email for A's to do the installation (they provided the lowest bid of three I received). Up-front payment was required. The crew arrived as scheduled and work was completed in three days. Pam (A's owner) came at end to explain use of system controller which they installed in garage. Pam said I could contact her at any time for questions or problems.

System works nicely and I am happy.

Pam was great to work with! Her team showed up and installed everything easily. They showed me how to use the system and if I had any issues to contact them. They are easy to work with and understood my needs. Most importantly, the quality of their work is awesome. I highly recommend them!

Additionally, they wore masks and followed CDC guidance.

Contacted A's Irrigation via Yelp messaging. Got a response within a day and set up a time for someone to come to our home to give an estimate. We arranged our schedule so we would be home that evening to work with this company's representative...who did not show up. We did get an odd message in Yelp that was not intelligible. Fortunately they are not the only irrigation company in our area, so we are moving on. My suggestion for this company is to always get a phone number so if they have to cancel, reschedule or an emergency comes up they can call the potential customer and keep the lines of communication open.

Super responsive and friendly. I had them come out for a spring seasonal check due to leaking backflow preventer. Issue was quickly identified to be normal and operational without needing further repair. Techs all wore masks and were socially distanced. I'll definitely be using this company in the future.

My sprinkler system back flow and pipes burst during the cold weather. Called and got same day service with a reasonable price and two years warrantee from the owner. Seamless transactional process and they even found the same parts. Great service. Highly recommended.

They've done amazing work both for our sprinkler system and they did the uplighting on our home which made the biggest difference!! Love these guys and will be returning customers!
