My husband and I have been using this company for several years now for a range of jobs. Those included replacing toilets, fixing leaks, swapping faucets, installing sinks, repairing our old water heater and eventually installing a new waterless heater. We've been very pleased with all the work he has completed for us and especially with the way he handled the transition from old water heater to waterless heater. My husband and I put Anthony (and ourselves) through serious research of products on the market and scrutinized pricing because we were nervous about a big purchase such as this. It was the best move for us and we are grateful to Anthony for his exceptional professionalism and patience. AW Plumbing always goes above and beyond, we trust him with all our plumbing needs and would recommend him highly.

This guy is an absolute joke. He blamed my son for a leaking pipe that filled up a 2.5 gallon bucket in a matter of 8hrs saying he was splashing water around. I took it upon myself and took the sink apart. The supply threads were cracked on the faucet and the supply line was loose and causing the leak. This guy named Anthony is crap and a crook! Don not call him for anything. He's very rude and unprofessional. Also think this business is fraudulent as it has 3 different addresses listed for the company. Another one of the finest plumbers out there to steal your money! Down right joke! Only reason he gets one star is so I can leave a review to warn others

Home Warranty repair for my water heater. AW came out and was able to replace everything and get it up to Code. He really knows his stuff. Yes, maybe his personality is a bit dry and leaves something to be desired but the important part is getting the job done and done correctly. He is an expert and really knows what he is talking about. He even found things a few other 5 star plumbers missed that have been out to the house. Maybe other reviewers need some empathy as well as maybe some behavior is out of his control...google it and be more understanding.

Our water heater went out on Wednesday evening, Anthony was here the next day and installed a new water heater with all new hardware and everything to code quickly and efficiently. My mother in-law was home while he was there and had no issues.

I am not questioning this mans abilities as a plumber, he fixed the problem (my job was a very small one) the only positive is that he was prompt which is my reason for the star. What I will say is that he is extremely rude and has no people skills. I would never use this man again and will send this feedback to my landlord.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The service person is very rude and did not resolve the issue of leaky shower head in one of my bathrooms. All he did was turn down the water pressure to my house which caused other issues. As a result my toilets did not flush properly, water pressure to other showers made it impossible to use the shower while another shower was in use. Terrible service and condescending attitude. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The address on invoice is 41631 Nordal Ave. Hemet, Ca. Anthony called to schedule and was polite but when he got here it was a different story. I had a plugged toilet and before even checking it he stated not to take offense but that larger people have constipation and therefore poop a large amount that will plug the toilet. Well for one I am a tall woman and I am not that large, I am over weight and this was highly offensive, I am neither constipated and I poop the same amount as I did when I was 115 LBS. I almost threw him out. He found the toilet was not plugged but said that the water level was too high and that on newer toilets they do not need the chain so he removed it. He also told me to buy a 6 ft snake even though I told him I rent. I have owned houses before and have never had an issue with my toilets or had a plumber so offensive and I will let the management company know. I do not ever want this guy back and if I ever own m,y own house again I would not call him.
