Beware. Avoid this company like the plague. Came on a Friday to fix a leaky faucet. Not fixed. Called immediately and he said he couldn't come until the following Tuesday. He came and fixed the issue? He walked right by us on the way out and said ""fixed"" and walked out the door. I followed him and said, ""hey I have questions."" ""I changed the faucet, it's fixed"" He has a bad attitude, a foul mouth, and hot temper. He called me all kinds of names when I said he should inform the occupant of the service performed before leaving.

I had ARW come out to repair my toilet. They came out to fix it repaired it the next day it would not flush, I called him and with terrible attitude he told me he cannot fix it even though he did a terrible job on the work until I call my my home warranty company even though he did the work he had no guarantee. When he returned he had an attitude. He replaced the broken part, that he installed. Upon leaving he had an attitude told me that I needed to do it the right way and as I was talking he walked away. I would hire this guy to pick up the dog crap in my yard.

Our garbage disposal failed on a Sunday morning. We contacted our home warranty company who put us in touch with ARW PLUMBING. Monday morning we received a call from ARW in response. They promised service between 12 and 4. Anthony called us about 2:00 advised his ETA. Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, switched out the old for the new (had everything he needed on his truck). Explained a couple of things and answered my questions and he was out in no time. He was very quick, efficient and professional.
I'm not giving any credit to the home warranty company. We have had some bad experiences from some of their contractors in the past. This is all about service provided by ARW PLUMBING by Anthony.

Now called ARW Plumbing. Anthony called a 1/2 hour ahead of appointment time. He was very thorough and did an excellent job. I had 2 other plumbers out before him and over 3 months, both failed to fix the toilet leak. They both came and replaced the seal and left. Within a short time it was leaking again. Anthony found that the floor flange was busted, it sat a bit low compared to the floor, the floor was not level, and the flange bolt would not tighten. Also there was some old scattered acrylic around the base from before I called the first plumber.
Anthony removed all the old acrylic, and other gunk from the floor that was not removed the prior two plumber visits. He removed the old flange and replaced it with a stainless steel flange. He then used two wax seals with flanges due to the flange sitting lower than the floor. Once he put the toilet back on he noticed the toilet, although secure for now on the floor, the toilet did not sit evenly due to the floor being uneven. He put toilet wedges as needed under the toilet to firmly secure it, then tightened with new flange bolts. He explained what he did (I watched a lot of it). He was MUCH more thorough than the previous guys and had pride in doing the job right. I would highly recommend him and will use him again once my Home Warranty expires (he contracts with Old Republic Home Warranty company). Be respectful and he will do a great job for you!

Anthony was awesome, informed me about what is covered by insurance and gave accurate estimate. Called ahead 30 min. as requested. Was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and honest. Fixed my problem in a very timely manner. Will keep the contact for recommendations and further work on my house.

Anthony at ARW was very helpful! I submitted a claim through my insurance on Saturday, and he called me within an hour to schedule for Monday. Listened to my concerns and asked the questions he needed to be prepared for the visit. He called ahead of his visit and was very punctual which helped with my busy schedule. When he arrived, he wore a mask the entire time, and showed me several tips throughout the repair. Was quick and thorough and had all the necessary components based on our first conversation over the phone. I was happy to have the repair made quickly and appreciated his helpfulness and willingness to include me in what he was doing so I'd understand what was being done and why. I'd recommend ARW based on my personal experience and plan to call in the future if a plumbing problem comes up!

Anthony was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Luckily I was staying with my grandparents when the man from ARW Plumbing visited. First thing I hear is him yelling at my grandma in front of their house. Next he is inside giving me and her attitude. Very aggressive, loud, condescending and talked over my grandma. I wanted to kick him out on the spot but my grandma said no, not now that he was here. I highly DO NOT recommend. He got my poor 85yr old grandma all worked up with his rude behavior.

Update: When I attempted To call ARW Plumbing it went straight to him. I asked if there was a customer service line. He said no so I said Nevermind thank you and hung up. Anthony called me and left a voicemail aggressively stating if you need customer service I can help you if not I'll block your number and hung up. What a piece of work!

We requested service thru Old Republic. Anthony was on time and knew where to go right away. It was a clog in the main line in front of the house that he diagnosed quickly and after snaking the access pipe, our clog problem was fixed. Great service!

Anthony called to set up the appointment and arrived on time. He was friendly, polite and professional. Took care of the problem quickly and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend him and would call him again if I had plumbing problems.
