Anthony at ARW was very helpful! I submitted a claim through my insurance on Saturday, and he called me within an hour to schedule for Monday. Listened to my concerns and asked the questions he needed to be prepared for the visit. He called ahead of his visit and was very punctual which helped with my busy schedule. When he arrived, he wore a mask the entire time, and showed me several tips throughout the repair. Was quick and thorough and had all the necessary components based on our first conversation over the phone. I was happy to have the repair made quickly and appreciated his helpfulness and willingness to include me in what he was doing so I'd understand what was being done and why. I'd recommend ARW based on my personal experience and plan to call in the future if a plumbing problem comes up!

Anthony was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Luckily I was staying with my grandparents when the man from ARW Plumbing visited. First thing I hear is him yelling at my grandma in front of their house. Next he is inside giving me and her attitude. Very aggressive, loud, condescending and talked over my grandma. I wanted to kick him out on the spot but my grandma said no, not now that he was here. I highly DO NOT recommend. He got my poor 85yr old grandma all worked up with his rude behavior.

Update: When I attempted To call ARW Plumbing it went straight to him. I asked if there was a customer service line. He said no so I said Nevermind thank you and hung up. Anthony called me and left a voicemail aggressively stating if you need customer service I can help you if not I'll block your number and hung up. What a piece of work!

We requested service thru Old Republic. Anthony was on time and knew where to go right away. It was a clog in the main line in front of the house that he diagnosed quickly and after snaking the access pipe, our clog problem was fixed. Great service!

Like many others here on Yelp , I fell victim to A.W. Plumbing / Anthony
at the hands of Republic Home Protection Company Inc.
Anthony is indeed rude , condescending and unprofessional .
His poor customer service is compounded further by no regard for standing behind his work . Plumbing repairs at my home returned
as before within weeks and when asked to address , Anthony's nasty response was "" it's out of warranty "" . Anyone with Republic Home Protection Company who is referred to AW Plumbing should request another service provider .

A.W. Plumbing was referred to me by Old Republic home protection plan. I am a new homeowner just moved to Temecula. The upstairs master bath toilet was swaying. Toilet was pulled and discovered the mounting flange was all corroded away and parts of wooden sub-floor were rotting. Anthony from A.W. Plumbing was very clear and up-front with me. The flange and subfloor was NOT specifically covered by the policy. We actually pulled up the policy and he was right. I called Old Republic, and they claimed it wasn't either. I thank Anthony for being knowledgeable in these area. I had another contractor do the sub-floor to the joists as Anthony explained it needed to be done. Then Anthony came in and mounted the toilet perfectly. Anthony was very articulate as to steps he was taking and what he was doing. I will use him again.

This guy is so unprofessional aside from
The fact he does call with an eta.

Anthony is very aggressive, agitated and rude.

He has no patience to hear your concerns.

He is very loud & condescending.

He refused to hear what I thought was the issue and did not want to go under my home to inspect the plumbing leaks.

Furthermore he did not snake the clogged drain in my son's bathroom and left my house in the same condition it was in prior to his arrival.

He tracked marks on my carpet, left my hatch to my basement open, didn't roll the hose back up & seemed like he was in a huge rush and mentally distracted.

I had my neighbor talk to him as I'm a new homeowner and I share a driveway.

Our water valves are right next to each other and my neighbor was just trying to give Anthony some history on the water with both properties.

He was extremely rude to my neighbor as well and spoke over her with a very rude aggressive tone.

I asked for his business card and license and he refused to give it to me until I threatened his payment.

Save yourself a lost day of missing work and a huge headache STAY AWAY from Anthony and AW Plumbing.

This is guy is looking for a quick buck and needs a lesson on work ethic!
