The job posed many major challenges due to the extremely tight crawl space, but Ron and his team worked tirelessly and did whatever it took to get the job done. After calling the number Yelp listed--(615) 988-4992--we were rerouted to Arvin's current number: (615) 714-1188, and set up an appointment by text. A true family business, the owner's son came out and did a superb job of analyzing and fixing our slow-draining, squealing main tub/shower that others had tried and failed to fix. He texted us when he was on the way and arrived on time. We can highly recommend and will use Arvin's again as our go-to company for all plumbing needs. They will get the job done in a timely, reasonable, and friendly manner and are very professional. Really happy with the result!

Since moving into our house a little over a month ago we've had some serious plumbing issues. I called Arvins and within an hour they had someone out to my home ( I live pretty far out, so I was surprised). Ron and Tanner were both so helpful and professional. Tanner had the job done in less than two hours and made sure to communicate with me before doing any work, from telling me what was wrong, to what he recommended and other options. They will come out and tell you ""Hey, we aren't the cheapest but we'll get the job done and done right."" I'm a very strong believer in you get what you pay for and honestly don't mind paying more knowing that it's going to be done right the first time! Ron came out at the day and time I told him I was available. He gave me several options and price ranges of what he could do to fix the toilet's leak and also avoid future issues. On a whim, I also asked him about what it would cost to replace my kitchen faucet, since I'd been thinking about that as well. He helped me pick out a faucet online, and while he worked on the toilet, I ran to Lowe's, picked up the faucet, and came back in time for him to then install it for me.

Everything went smoothly, and Ron was friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and even double-checked everything multiple times to make sure things were working and not leaking before he left. I would definitely call him again in the future.
