UPDATE.
Arturo again came to my condo to repair a clogged bathroom sink & leaking toilet (10/3/24). My bathroom sink was draining slowly - I thought that perhaps it was from using coconut oil for facial care so I, on the advice of Youtube, poured hot water, baking soda & vinegar down the drain. Not a good idea. It clogged the sink 100%. I also had a small leak which I did not know about. Arturo came over, cleaned the pipes/clog & tightened everything up. Success!
I decided to ask his advice about buying a new toilet. A handyman had put in a new flapper in March & failed to notice that I needed a new stem so the toilet still leaked. A month earlier the wax seal btwn the floor & the base leaked a little- but it stopped. A different handyman advised me to get a new toilet. Arturo took a look & replaced the stem with one from his truck. He said if the seal wasn't leaking now don't worry about it.

In addition to fixing problems created by handymen and myself, Arturo stands behind his work. If I have problems in the next 30 days, he told me to call him back!

After my handyman left me with a leaky r/o system (March, 2024), Arturo came over and found a leaking fitting immediately. This is the second time handymen have left me with a leak - after being paid to replace something in the system. I had called Las Vegas Quality Water and they wanted me to purchase a whole new system- without looking at it.
After watching YouTube videos, I knew that I wanted to try a repair first.
I read a ton of reviews on Google, Yelp, Nextdoor.com, & Reddit. Decided on Arturo the Handyman (who is a plumber). After removing the broken fitting, Arturo went to @ least 3 places for a replacement. Success! No more leaks.
While under the sink, Arturo rerouted my faucet hoses. The handyman who installed it 10 years ago routed it in a funky way.

I have used Arturo three times: toilet install; garbage disposal repair/install; additional outdoor faucet install. I highly recommend him for basic plumbing jobs. Arturo is professional, was timely in his communication, and his pricing was fair. He was also able to come to our home fairly quickly. I made the mistake of trying to use my home warranty, before calling Arturo.

As I have used him in the past, he was excellent... my home insurance company had A&c complete services come out. they did absolutely nothing for me. Walked in didn't even test the water walk straight over to me and told me that I needed a Hydro jet snake. basically Worthless.....

once that plumber left I called Arthuro... he cleared the drain within 10 minutes. Came out an hour after I called him.No Hydro needed. If you're looking for an honest Plumber , that does an excellent job. He's your guy. so glad I kept this number for the last three years.

Called gehettl by accident they came out to clear a simple sink drain, and was told we needed to pay for a camera to go down the pipe and later determined we needed hydro jet service, no thank you... called Arturo, the best plumber in Vegas he came out with the proper equipment "" no camera"" and cleared the line, no problem. THANKS ARTURO
