The guys came out to replace our water heater, took about 4 hours and the job was done. They made sure to clean everything up and used towels to keep the carpet and traffic areas clean and dry. We noticed a leak happening and they were very quick to repair the situation as well, they were also very helpful in explaining what they were doing and why.

Crystal took my call and provided me with what I thought seemed to be a fair estimate of the repairs as I described them. David arrived on time and was professional and efficient. Art's Plumbing is awesome. Our pipes froze and we thought there was a water leak. Fortunately it was snow melt under the house. Matt was fearless in going in our crawl space as it is an old house. They responded to our call within an hour even though there were many emergency calls due to the freezing weather. He averted having to have the water shut off for 24 hours or more with other companies who were also inundated with calls.

We are having them come back to do an overall plumbing assessment on our house.

Turned irrigation for winter, but was watering pine trees with hose. Spigot would not turn off so I had to shut off water to the house. Called Art's and he called back. Came after 6:00 PM and reseated a washer. Logan was great! Got his card and will call them for all future plumber needs.
