From moment one Art's Plumbing was accessible, informative, affordable and skilled. They installed a water softener, a whole house water filtration system (which were scheduled) and also helped us by unclogging a kitchen/laundry line that coincidentally got clogged a day before their scheduled visit. Dustin is an amazing professional, highly skilled and patient to deal with all my questions. I gladly give them 5 stars and strongly recommend you contacting them if you need an excellent service delivered to you place.

After discovering a kitchen pipe leak, on a Sunday afternoon, we contacted several plumbers. None of them wanted to come out on a Sunday (during a Raven's Playoff game), and tried to schedule us for the next day. We had to turn off the house's entire water supply to stop the leak, and would be without water until the repair could be made. We contacted ART'S PLUMBING and he called us back immediately. Although he wasn't in Hagerstown, he agreed to make the drive and come out immediately and repair the water line. Thirty minutes later he arrived, ready to work. He quickly determined what had to be done...and did it. He replaced a valve on a ""poly-bute"" water line and installed a ""swivel"" so the line wouldn't accidently torque and break again. Not only was he fast and professional...but he charged 1/3 the cost of a similar repair we had done 2 years earlier. While he was there, he also tightened a bathroom faucet and fixed a leaky shower head. ART is fantastic!!! I would hire him again in an instant and wouldn't begin to question his charges for the job. He is more than fair (ESPECIALLY for a Sunday). I only regret that he's not licensed for other types of home repair or I'd have him install wiring and hang drywall. He's just THAT good!

Art's wife set the appointment and was very sweet and concerned about our plumbing problem. She never made us feel as if we were inconveniencing them on their Sunday afternoon. Art was quick, professional, skilled, and thorough. He asked for a price that was more than fair...especially since he had to travel some distance to get to our home. There is no reason to ever call another plumber. If Art can't fix it, it's not worth fixing.
