We're super pleased with the service done by Chris at Sun City Plumbing. Our family members hadn't had a working water heater for over 10 years- heating water on the stove for baths, cooking, etc. Work done was professional, clean and surpassed all expectations. This company was suggested by the electrician which I was told I needed by another local ac company when needed if to have a c wire hooked up to power my new thermostats. Sun city was able to get me in their schedule the next day whereas the first ac company said they were booked a month out. The work was done promptly with my only complaint being my appointment was scheduled at 4pm and told the worker was coming from another job an hour away so they arrived about 1.5hrs after the scheduled appointment time.

Once upon a time.......or last week......a family came home to find a wet spot had appeared on the downstairs ceiling. Knowing this was not a good sign the family summoned the Plumb-gician. They tried to easy route first and cut a hole in the ceiling. The pipe fairy had apparently decided to make the work as interesting as possible for them so the leak was farther up into the wall and unreachable below. I forget the name of the first technician, and misplaced his business card, but he was amazing. He had Dave Olguin come out to give us our options for fixing the leak. The first guy was incredibly nice and friendly, and answered all my questions. My dad owned an HVAC & Plumbing company, so I know how to do stuff......although as I learned from him, things have really changed since I last did anything. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain things, and why they were the way they were.

The option we went with was to replace the shower since they had to cut a hole in the tile wall. The next day the crew that arrived for this job was Ben and Stevie. Apparently the best way to ward off the evil leak fairys was for Ben to melodically chant.....or you might call it singing. They were both incredibly friendly. I was disappointed a bit though because Stevie said Ben does a killer Katie Perry and Miley Cyrus. I only heard 80s hairbands.

The final guy to show up was the sheetrock guy Todd. I spent a delightful 2 1/2 days with him as he repaired all the various sheetrock problems and filled in the places around the tub. He truly was the icing on the cake. Artistry doesn't adequately describe his work. I love that Sun City has a sheetrock person on staff. In the past I have tried to find someone to do a patch and nobody wants to do the smaller jobs. Them having this available saved me a lot of time and headaches because they did everything that needed done start to finish. The best part though is the quality of the work. I don't know that I have ever seen anyone do such amazing work. He is definitely an asset to the company.

This morning I got and walked around looking at everything now that it has had about 24hrs to dry. I finally got out my magnifying glass, and I THINK maybe I can tell where one tiny edge of the patching work is at. My dad always told me you can do things cheap or you can do them right. We chose the top of the options for this repair and it was money very well spent.

The service was amazing! From the request for service online to the finished project, Sun City Plumbing professionals were amazing. I ordered the replacement of a hot water heater, from propane to electric, with necessary floor repairs for my parents. They did the job fast and I felt as though my parents were in great hands. Isaac was our serviceman & did a wonderful job - he installed a new composite sink & faucet- replacing a stainless steel one. The new one was deeper than our old one so he had to do some shifting & remaking of the new insert - it was not an expected fix as we didn't realize there would be a difference in size from old to new.
Isaac did a great job in getting all of this done for us and then getting the new composite installed. It looks and works great - we are so happy with the new one & it is a ""showstopper"" in our kitchen. Thank you to Isaac and Sun City for your professional work and we will call you in the future with any of our plumbing needs.

Very pleased! Called on Thursday late afternoon, they came out Friday afternoon as scheduled. They did not over charge! We had just been gauged by another service at our own home and we were leary because this house belongs to our son who moved to Austin and we needed to get the central A/C fixed fast for renters coming in - during 100+ temps when Im sure they are crazy busy. Fernando came in and worked quickly, ran down to the plumbing store to get a part before they closed. I was expecting a huge bill and for 2 hours plus parts it was under $200 with a 30 day labor warrantly. Fernando was a huge help and a great guy. I highly recommend him and Sun City Plumbing and Heating and will only call them from now on.

Purchased a home on the east mesa from an estate sale. Needed A/C checked and hooked up, had a leaking toilet and other small issues. Sun City showed up on time, showed me all parts that needed replacement before getting them. They explained everything along the way. Needed new toilet, he showed me where tank had been cracked for sometime. Charged a fair price, did the agreed on work well, cleaned up after themselves. Will use them again.

Sun City installed an air conditioner and heater in my home and I'm very happy with them. Lupe and Lucio were very friendly and got the job done in 2 days, which included removing the old units. Another employee came out and did a complimentary inspection and when he found a slight issue he scheduled to have it fixed the very next day. They are going to come back and do a second complimentary inspection once we start using the a/c regularly so they can make sure it works properly under the right conditions. I'm very satisfied with this company and will recommend them to anyone in need of heating and cooling repairs.
