Kaleb did a superb job locating an underground broken pipe on my property. I had hired other's to locate the problem, but without luck. Kaleb was right on time, courteous, and searched with his equipment until he found the break. I highly recommend him.

Our 94 year old neighbor received a notice of over water usage from the city, a quick check indicated a leak in the main water line. We called Arts Locating and within two days Caleb came out. He was here right when he said he would be and located the leak in about 15 minutes! Very professional and knowledgable about the business. Caleb was polite, courteous and very good at what he does. I would highly recommend this company.

The best in the business is worth the wait!!!
A couple of days before Thanksgiving the city called us to inform that we were using way more water than normal. We tried to call Arts but noted they we're on vacation and updating there truck until after the holiday. After having to hire another service to detect a substantial water leak, we were told that we had leaks under our slab. This company then suggested that we use a plumber that he likes. Long story short, the plumber gave us an estimate to confirm the detectors claim. 2450.00 to do this calling it ""phase 1"". This started to take on a bad odor and I canceled the plumber and called Arts and waited for the appointment. Caleb came out a couple days later and found that our water softener was the cause. Brought in another plumber referred by a friend. The entire project will cost less that the other companies miss diagnosis and rip off plumber. Moral, quality is worth the wait and Arts and Caleb are worth the wait. These guys are the best in the business! Fair and honest goes a long way in my book. Thanks Caleb for a great job!!!

I called Arts Locating Service this morning to set up an appointment to come locate my electric wires in the back yard as I am going to be doing some digging. Caleb is super busy but fit me in and I was so thankful. He comes fully equipped with a big truck full of needed tools and supplies. He scoped by back yard in no time and marked everything so when my excavation company gets here it's no problem. I highly recommend Caleb and Arts Locating service.

I called Caleb around noon and left him a message and he called me back about 15 minutes later. I told him that my yard line had busted from the meter to the house and it was about 100 yards worth of water line. He squeezed me in that afternoon, because he knew it was an emergency. Caleb spent an hour and a half trying to find this waterline and turns out that it's plastic with no tracer wire, but Caleb had equipment to keep searching. The broken pipe would have been a nightmare for me without Caleb's help. I highly recommend Caleb, he runs a class A business!
