Forget Mike and Matt Corey gets no love here on the Yelp page. Mike and Mary do the service so they seem like the hero's but the man on all my bigs Jobs is Corey and he's a Plumbing Artist! He thinks out every rough in location perfectly and on my huge 8000sqft remodel I get hot water at every in 3 seconds. Every faucet installed without a nick:) or scratch!

Corey was great. They are swamped and he managed to squeeze our project in! It took a little longer than he expected but he stayed until the job was done! Very happy with his service and will definitely be recommending his company!

Always fast & friendly service. We noticed our water pressure was low, We looked under the house to find a broken pipe, turning the lawn into a swamp. Called Artoff plumbing ,within 48 hrs Mike was here and quickly fixed it and the bill was very reasonable and so glad we called Artoff's , Couldn't ask for a nicer,more helpful crew.

We called and were given a call back time to schedule. Mike called when he said he would, scheduled an appointment and took care of the problems we had. He is a very nice guy, gave us a fair cost and worked quickly. While I hope we won't need him again too soon, he is our ""go to guy"". You can't go wrong with Artoff Plumbing!

We called when we moved into our house. He came the same day and did the work quickly and felt the job done at a fair price. I am getting ready to use him again. It ended up his Father had done the original plumbing when the house was built in 1987, apparently a family trade.

Had a tub backup with fears my galvanized pipes had finally bit the dust. Mike was going to come the next day but called and worked me in the schedule 4 hours later. Surveyed the main drain first to determine how far the backup reached. Turned out to be in the kitchen and main bathroom. Cleared it out in no time and then made sure the kitchen drain was cleared as well. Think the company is reasonably priced. Great customer service and Mike cleaned up after he finished. The graphics on the truck showed that this is a third generation local business. I appreciate working with quality well- established Rogue Valley businesses. Every time we call upon Artoff Plumbing for our plumbing needs, the experience is the same: top notch quality workmanship, fair prices and speedy service. We've had some tough jobs in our historic home, but Mike, Matt and the rest of the crew come through every time. If it's a problem that needs solving, they take the time to give us the various options with their best recommendation. Even in somewhat of an emergency situation, when our water heater sprang a leak over the weekend, Mike came out first thing Monday to survey the problem and by Tuesday afternoon Matt had installed a new one. What a team!

Our general contractor used Artoff Plumbing for the complete remodel of our house a couple of years ago. Matt did a fantastic job, even taking the time to meet with us at the house to answer questions, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied. We have needed a plumber a couple of times since then and always call Matt. He is prompt, calls when he is on his way, removes his shoes, and thoroughly takes care of the issue the first time. We would not use anyone else.

This is a solid, reputable company. They do not low ball the price then do change orders as the job progresses which increases the costs. They are honest and do a great job. They reworked our entire 1945 home of it's old copper piping as well as put in a tankless water heater in both our home and new cottage. Cannot say enough...prompt, clean, take shoes off! My husband is a general contractor spending 30 years building high end custom homes in Sonoma County so we know what we are talking about!
