Our team offers maintenance and restoration of residential plumbing systems and appliances. This includes water supply and gas lines, water heaters, garbage disposals, tap fixtures, toilets, shut-off valves, and clogs.

We utilize genuine replacement components from brands like Hansgrohe and various other reputable brands. Our priority is to fix the issue first.

With 26 years of experience, we adhere to industry standards learned from public libraries in the early 1990s. We manage sewage lines and side drains. We work on bathroom and kitchen fixtures and casing. Gas piping and evaluations are also part of our services. We focus on maintain manageable projects.

A resident of North San Diego County since the late 90s, I’ve been married to Marla for nearly three decades. We raised our three sons in San Marcos, from Richland to CSUSM.

He was horrible. I wouldn't have cared that he was rude and condescending if he actually was helpful but unfortunately he wasn't. Our toilet had a minor leak before he arrived but was otherwise functional. He disassembled the whole toilet, told me the warranty company (whom he works for, not you) probably wouldn't cover the repair, and then left. So I had a working toilet before he started but not after! No pride in his work at all, he just helps warranty companies deny your claim. If your warranty company tells you they're sending him I'd insist they send anyone else.

Though they responded promptly once I placed a service request through my home warranty company, there was zero follow-up. A stopped up kitchen sink and backing-up dishwasher. Artley had difficulty snaking through the outside access. According to him, the pipe under the sink leading to the clean-out was installed incorrectly and had to be repaired prior to any interior snaking work. He also informed me it would be necessary for a tear-out of drywall and some cabinetry under the sink and that the warranty company would not pay for that portion, which I understood. Furthermore, he insisted I had to have a clean lead/asbestos report before he would begin any work. We agreed I would get the test and call him when I had the results. In the meantime, he contacted the warranty company, who in turn denied my claim. I was willing to pay for the repair up to the snaking part and the warranty company would have paid for the snaking. I have left three voice mails for Artley and have yet to have a return call. In the meantime I've been doing dishes in the bathtub for two weeks, spent $225 for a lead/ asbestos report, $75 to the warranty company that sent Artley, and $250 to the other plumber that popped a snake in the drain under the kitchen sink and instantly solved the problem. To say I'm pissed is an understatement. How unprofessional. Now, a letter to the warranty company.....

Horrible company came to fix a leak. Removed my water filtration system without asking me the homeowner and refused to come out and put it back together how they found it before they began their work. Called and spoke to business owner who was combative and unwilling to offer a resolution. In fact she called me a liar and threatened my household. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and also will be looking into taking legal action due to the fact that they refuse to return my sink to the condition it was before they came out and the threats to my family!!!! DO NOT HIRE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!

I read the reviews about Artley Plumbing after my home warranty company assigned them to take care of a clogged pipe in my kitchen. Most reviewers praised owner Tracy for his excellent customer service and easygoing, friendly nature. He just left my home about an hour ago, after having diagnosed and fixed the problem in one fell swoop. Like others have mentioned, he explains what he is doing and makes maintenance recommendations, which he doesn't really have to do. I can't agree with others more about how efficient and friendly this guy is. Hoping to raise the overall star rating here. I didn't experience any of the negative things people have mentioned, only the positives. Give Artley Plumbing a call for all your plumbing needs!

After bitter experience with Budget rooter, my home warranty company sent Artley Plumbing. We had numerous plumbing issues including water leakage from the garbage disposal. My grandmother's Home Warranty company sent out Artley Plumbing to her residence. The plumber they sent over was extremely rude and unprofessional. Made excuses for every issue she had and dismissed the problems completely. Sprayed the sink hose all over the kitchen and didnt apologise or clean it up. Then the Owner came back with an attitude the following day. Continued with the same dismissals. When my grandmother asked the owner a question(while he was working on the same sink as the last guy) he sprayed the hose in the kitchen again and smiled. These guys will not be returning. Joke of a company.

This company was sent out by my home warranty company due to a leaking toilet. The plumber showed up on time but was a bit rude. Not sure if he was having an off day or something, but he seemed in a big hurry to leave, so much that he left the lid off the toilet tank. A few minutes after he left, the toilet started running and wouldn't stop. I called and left him a message, then a text, then called my home warranty. He returned and started a long explanation of why this was (basically, it was the chain etc etc- but this toilet never ran before he worked on it). He eventually fixed it but tried to leave again before I flushed one more time to make sure it didn't run again. I actually had to say ""wait- before you leave again, I just want to make sure"". It only takes a minute max for the tank to fill so I didn't think that was too much to ask. In fact, I would think that any plumber would want to wait to ensure the work was done properly, especially after being called back. Again, he left the lid on the floor for me to replace. Overall, he was lackadaisical and rude about his work. I would not recommend this plumber and would insist that my home warranty company send another vendor out.

Small company therefore they will not take any risks on larger than normal repairs. I had purchased home warranty and they referred me to Artley. Artley did not want to do any of the work. They reported conflicting and inaccurate findings to home warranty company since they did not want to take any risk on a potential large repair for liability reasons. Be aware as they are probably ideal for small quick fixes as they will not touch anything they has greater risk or work. Not impressed with their approach and demeanor. My claim was denied due to their conflicting reports as well. I told Artley that the jets in the bathtub worked before I purchased the home but he ignored that and in his report he said it is a ""pre existing issue"" therefore they will not fix it and hence claim denied. Not the way to go Artley Plumbing.
