UV trenchless technology is a modern technique for fixing underground pipes without the need for excavation.

During this method, a specially designed liner is introduced into the affected pipe through a pre-existing entry, like a manhole. When the liner is in place, ultraviolet lamps are arranged along the entire liner. These UV lights generate intense UV rays that works with a unique catalyst in the resin.

When the UV lamps are turned on, the resin hardens rapidly within minutes, creating a new pipe within the old one. The resin bonds quickly to the sides of the damaged pipe, creating a solid, uninterrupted, and reliable lining.

The UV curing process provides several advantages for trenchless repairs:

1. Speedy and efficient: The UV curing process is rapid, lasting only a brief period, depending on the pipe's length and conditions. This allows for fast repairs and minimal disruption to surrounding areas.

3. Reduced excavation necessary: As this technique is trenchless, it requires little or no excavation, minimizing the disturbance from excavation.
