The UV (Ultraviolet) technique for trenchless repairs is an innovative solution for fixing underground pipes without traditional digging.

During this method, a specially designed liner is inserted into the affected pipe through a pre-existing entry, like a manhole. Once the liner is positioned, ultraviolet lamps are set along the length of the liner. These UV lights produce powerful UV light that reacts with a unique catalyst in the resin.

As the UV lights activate, the resin cures quickly within a few moments, establishing a new lining inside the damaged pipe. The resin bonds quickly to the interior of the old pipe, resulting in a solid, uninterrupted, and reliable lining.

There are many benefits to UV curing for trenchless repairs:

1. Quick and efficient: The UV curing process is rapid, requiring minimal time, based on the pipe's size and state. This enables quick fixes and minimal disruption to the area around the repair site.

3. Little to no digging needed: As this technique is trenchless, it requires little or no excavation, reducing the disruption caused by digging.
