Artisan Plumbing scheduled us quickly for a kitchen faucet and valve replacement. Billy came out and worked his tail off! He did an excellent job, was very professional, and did a great job. Highly recommend!

We had Artisan Plumbing out today to repair the disposal and pipes. My husband has previously repaired it incorrectly:) The were quick, clean, professional and budget friendly! They even referred me to another plumber to take care of my rental in WV! Great company and great family.

Monday, they claimed we had no hot water because the pilot light was off- I paid $114 for this. 3 hours later, we still had no hot water, but clearly had an error code on the water heater. It was after hours by then. I called Tuesday, they said they had to order the part, and would be here Friday at 2:00. They finally called Friday at 6:00pm, said they didn't have the part, couldn't get it on the weekend, and aren't even sure they can fit us into their schedule on Monday if they get the part! At this point, we have no choice. If we call someone else, we wait another week for the part with no hot water in the meantime. I will never use them again though.

Watch out for hidden costs. I had a pipe that needed snaked and they charged me a diagnosis fee even though I had the work done as well as an equipment fee. Isn't using your own equipment a part of doing business?

My rating is no reflection on the timely appointment that was setup, and the service (replacing a water pressure valve) that was performed my their plumber. It has everything to do their charges, $69 service call (reasonable), labor ($49/15 minutes or $196/hour), but the most unreasonable was $285 replacement water pressure valve that Home Depot sells for $56-69. Every business is entitled to make a descent profit, but this is excessive! I like giving my business to smaller companies, but never again based on their charges!

Brad at Artisan Plumbing was excellent! I had a toilet that would not flush. My landlord would not send someone to fix it because his plumber had been here previously and replaced the internal mechanisms in the tank. My landlord said he trusted his plumber and there was no issue. I tried to get my landlord to come and see the issue but he stopped responding to my request. So I called Brad at Artisan. He came and immediately knew what was wrong...shoddy installation from previous plumber! He fixed it in a matter of minutes and then said Merry Christmas and left without charging me! This is a good man and a quality plumber who immediately identified what was wrong!
