Called Brad Davis again. This was the second hot water heater he installed for me (about 8 years apart - and at different residences). As always, Brad took care of me right away. I had called him in the afternoon and the water heater was installed the next day. Artisan follows strict to code. My heater is double-strapped and the overflow pipe is copper and finishes through the wall, outside the house and I am thankful.

We called Artisan for a bathroom sink unclog. The plumber came and unplugged the sink. After the sink was clogged we flushed the toilet in the same bathroom and that clogged because of the sink. The plumber had left and refused to come back and unclog the toilet so we were forced to use a local competitor. The plumber was combatitve from beginning to end. I would absolutely not reccomend this company to anyone and we will continue to use Rudy's as they are far more reliable and certainly more professional.

As a new homeowner, I am totally clueless about plumbing. My wife and I recently moved into a 100 year old craftsman home, and the bathrooms needed some work. Brad showed up with less than a days notice, he worked quickly and efficiently, and he fixed everything. Everything. Besides him fixing smaller issues at no charge, and giving valuable advice about maintaining our new home, he was above all else, supremely honest. I never felt he was taking advantage like unfortunately we've come to expect from plumbers and auto mechanics. I cannot recommend Artisan enough to folks in the San Gabriel Valley. He will remain our go-to plumber for as long as he'll take us! Thank you Brad. You really saved our skin.

I called to schedule an appointment, and it did take a couple of days to hear from them. However, when they did contact me, they had obviously considered the times I had stated for availability and scheduled it at an ideal time. I had actually called some time ago to inquire about estimates, and I appreciated Brad's honesty about the estimates, as well as about the potential risks involved in this process in an older home.
Everything went smoothly, and Brad kept me in the loop throughout. He replaced my showerhead with a more efficient one (charging for its cost), then comped me several other pieces and a quick improvement of a different issue.
I will definitely let my landlord know of the successful conclusion of his work, as well as recommend him for the next issue that may arise.

Had what I thought was an innocent water leak by the hot water heater. Brad came by even though it was 20 minutes until 5:30. He manages the leak and stays until 6:00 walking me though how terrifyingly criminal the water heater's installation was--dangerous in fact. Brad is the only man you should trust with your plumbing. I would recommend him over any one else. Easily the most helpful, honest plumber I've met. Someone should give him a metal.

We called early on a Saturday morning with a water heater leak (with a flood downstairs) and Brad, the owner, answered our call and was at our home at 8:30 AM, exactly when he said he would be! (Which gave us time to sweep most of the standing water out of his way). Not only is he efficient, friendly and knowledgeable, he insists on both top notch work AND customer service! Thank God for Brad at Artisan Plumbers! Our tree guys cut our neighbors water line on a Sunday at 4:00pm. I yelped ""best plumber"" and sure enough Artisan was on the list and I called and left a message. I received a call back about a minute later and within 15 minutes of the cut water line, Brad was onsite looking for a solution. He found one and a little more than an hour after the issue commenced, the problem is solved and the neighbors have water. He was super reasonable and straight forward. I would most definitely recommend him. Thank you Brad.

I called Brad, the owner about noon today for a clog drain line. He said he'd be here in about 30minutes. He was here in 20minutes. It's nice when the owner is also the plumber who shows up.
