Had what I thought was an innocent water leak by the hot water heater. Brad came by even though it was 20 minutes until 5:30. He manages the leak and stays until 6:00 walking me though how terrifyingly criminal the water heater's installation was--dangerous in fact. Brad is the only man you should trust with your plumbing. I would recommend him over any one else. Easily the most helpful, honest plumber I've met. Someone should give him a metal.

We called early on a Saturday morning with a water heater leak (with a flood downstairs) and Brad, the owner, answered our call and was at our home at 8:30 AM, exactly when he said he would be! (Which gave us time to sweep most of the standing water out of his way). Not only is he efficient, friendly and knowledgeable, he insists on both top notch work AND customer service! Thank God for Brad at Artisan Plumbers! Our tree guys cut our neighbors water line on a Sunday at 4:00pm. I yelped ""best plumber"" and sure enough Artisan was on the list and I called and left a message. I received a call back about a minute later and within 15 minutes of the cut water line, Brad was onsite looking for a solution. He found one and a little more than an hour after the issue commenced, the problem is solved and the neighbors have water. He was super reasonable and straight forward. I would most definitely recommend him. Thank you Brad.

I called Brad, the owner about noon today for a clog drain line. He said he'd be here in about 30minutes. He was here in 20minutes. It's nice when the owner is also the plumber who shows up. I had a problem with the intake value to the toilet on a Saturday morning. It would not turn off. I tried to do it myself but I could not get the valve off. I found Brad after viewing Yelp reviews and I wanted to find someone local. I called him and he told me up-front pricing as I described the problem while giving worst-case scenario pricing. I appreciated this as this is where I usually feel betrayed by plumbers. Within thirty minutes he showed up, took a look, confirmed what was said earlier and started the work which only took him less than a half hour. He saw another issue that needed to be addressed, but I declined due to our tight budget. I paid $150, which I felt was more than fair on a Saturday morning in an emergency situation. Brad was courteous and professional and has a good way of putting people at ease. It is likely that we will use him again.

Brad is GREAT! I had a number of little things to deal with and he went right down my list and fixed them. He is SO knowledgable and discussed and educated me on what he was doing. I would and will send him to everyone I know both businesses and homes, he does it all! He is QUICK to respond and professional. I found him thru coming to my office to do work. Brad was terrific! He worked us into his packed schedule to stop the water running uncontrollably from our shower faucet. He quickly assessed the situation, explained to us our options and let us know if it was his house what he would do, gave us a quote and we gave him the green light to go for it! Brad came to my house to help me with a minor garbage disposal replacement. He was very punctual arriving exactly at 1:00. Very warm greeting made me feel comfortable with a stranger in my home. He swapped the disposal and tightened up all the connections super quick and had be back up and running in no time. Cleaned up after himself; it was as if he was never there. Was super fair on his pricing. An overall excellent experience. I recommend him to all my friends and family.

He recently just told me he also has a tractor so he can do more complicated jobs like running new water lines etc. If you ever need a trustworthy plumbing wizard, call Brad and Artisan plumbing.

Brad is a phenomenal plumber. I bought a home built in the 1960s that needed renovations. Clearly, the previous owners had had some problems with leaks/plumbing issues that a previous plumber had done a less than optimal repair on. When I moved in, the water was rusty due to old galvanized steel pipes (over a hundred feet of pipe had to be removed).

Brad took on the job of completely remodeling my house's plumbing, with all copper pipes throughout the multi-story home (he installed about 60 feet of high quality copper pipes). He also made great recommendations for a water softener system, a water filtration system, an Instant hot water tap for the kitchen, and tuned up every faucet/drain in the entire home (2 full, 2 half baths, 2 kitchen sinks). He replaced the old toilets in the home and cheerfully dealt with all the mess caused by faulty/old connections made previously by others, even when things got gross.

Brad was reliable, made great suggestions for my various renovations projects that pertained to his specialty, and obviously cared a great deal about the quality of his work. He worked well with other tradesmen also working on the home and priced his work fairly. He treated my home like it was his own - he is a true craftsman who takes pride in the quality of his work and stated he will warranty the work he has done. He even made suggestions on how to improve my guest bathroom by changing out a pedestal sink for a nice vanity sink with cabinet.

Brad is a true professional. I am pleased to give him my strongest recommendation and have already given his name out to my friends. He did not try to sell me anything that I did not need, but corrected the existing problems with my home so that the plumbing infrastructure matched what would be expected for my home. He is the very best plumber I've ever met. And he's got a really cool tricked out plumber's truck that was on the cover of a trade journal for plumbing. I think Brad might be the Ph.D of plumbers.
