I find their upfront pricing to be fair and the advice given to be in my best interest. It is refreshing to have a trade want to do good by you and not up sale you into needless things. Artisan quickly responded to our non-urgent issue and we made an appointment to replace a shower valve the next day. They communicated arrival time and showed up exactly when expected. The techs were careful with our property and expertly replaced the valve in record time. We were only charged for the actual time needed, not a full hour, and they proactively offered their veteran's discount. We'll definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.

We had a basement flooding issue on Easter Sunday. I called the owners cell that his wife had given to me for the last incident and he answered and talked us through the triage. He then texted some restoration company recommendations and called me back to schedule a service to repair the broken pipe. We have used Artisan 3 times and they are always responsive, professional, and kind. I thanked David profusely for answering the phone during an Easter family event and he was so humble and gracious. They are our go to company for any plumbing needs!!!

I hired them to take a look at the clogged pipe in my basement shower. They told me they'd need some expensive special snake with a camera on it before they could give me a quote on the job. I paid them a few hundred to do so and the guy said they'd get me a quote soon based on what they found. A few days go by... nothing. I touch base. They tell me it will be done the next day. Next day... nothing. I touch base again the following week. More excuses and they say they will send it soon. Weeks go by. Nothing... I send another email. This one goes totally ignored. I call and the person seems confused. Tells me they'll look into it and get back to me asap. They did not. I email again and they tell me some guy named Mike has the quote and to give him a call. I call Mike. Mike sounds very confused and promises me he will send the quote as soon as he is finished with his current job. I never hear back from Mike either. I email them the next week asking for a refund on the expensive video snake since they were obviously never going to send me the quote I asked for and that was the whole purpose of getting the video snake in the first place. I bet you can guess what happened... no response. I emailed them one last time to express how disappointed in their service thinking that MAYBE they would at least apologize. Nope. GHOSTED. Took my money and then blew me off every single time I asked for a quote for the job. These amateurs are extremely unprofessional and not worth your time. Look elsewhere for a plumber, I know I will from now on. Worst customer service I've had in a long time. I literally feel like they just scammed me out of a few hundred dollars.

I just can't say enough good things about this company. First, let me say that they are prompt, professional, courteous and accommodating. Roy came out to fix my hot water heater (Temperature/Pressure Valve went bad and I was losing 30g/hr according to Loudoun Water). Roy evaluated and completed the repair in 30 minutes. He also drained the tank to ensure that the sediment build-up wasn't causing the T/P valve to fail. Michelle assisted me with my home warranty company to get reimbursed (and the home warranty company is a total pain). Artisan Plumbing will ALWAYS be my go to plumbing company.

Reached out to Artisan on a Monday morning and was on the schedule for a few hours later. Got a text update when the truck was on the way at the scheduled time. He arrived within minutes and had the work done in a few minutes. They cleaned up after themselves and tested everything before they left. Fair price for the work and great service!

We are renovating an old home and had a leaky main valve, old water heater, leaky T valves and needed full kitchen and laundry rough in for a remodel. We called a dozen plumbing companies around NOVA but most wouldn't talk to us or didn't do much beyond toilet repair and sink unclogs. Artisan and one other plumbing company was willing to take on the job. When bids came in, Artisan gave us a very reasonable bid based on an hourly rate with materials while the other plumber itemized everything and had a big markup, resulting in almost 3x the price of Artisan. Artisan also had a great reputation with our neighbors so we went with Artistan, being a little nervous that maybe the super expensive plumber was better. We were so wrong! Artisan got us scheduled fast, sending Dustin the master plumber and Jorge the apprentice. They were very professional, courteous, fun to chat with and knocked out every single work item in a single day. When we got the final bill, we were ecstatic - Artisan was totally fair, charged only for what they used. Afterwards, we pulled a permit and had the county inspector out. As the inspector went through the work items, he kept saying ""yes, this is exactly what I would have done, too!"". We're loyal artisan customers and will be sticking with them for future plumbing needs, including final plumbing for our remodel.

I lost a 2 carat diamond (not insured yet as i had just rec'd it) down my kitchen sink (I thought) and Michelle had someone out in an hour and despite they're doing their absolute best, no diamond. However, days later, I receive a package in the mail with a personalized card saying how sorry they were not to have been able to find the stone. They included chocolates too, which always makes everything better. They replaced our water heater last year and their work is great and they are really fairly priced and just super nice people.
