This morning I woke up at 5:15 am realizing it was super cold in the house.
Outside temperature was 26° and my heater must of turned off during the night . I called ARTISAN'S HOME SERVICES and they sent out Justin first thing in the morning to diagnosed my heating problem with his electronic devices. He pinpointed the problem exactly and replaced only what was broken. I was happy with the work and that he didn't try to upsell me on a new heating unit like most company's would these days. I was amazed with his knowledge of my system even know this is the first time he was here. I would recommend anyone that is looking for great quality family owned HVAC busyness.

Mike and his team at Artisan Home Services was amazing. My hot water heater failed overnight. Mike responded quickly to the message I sent via the website. He was at my house within 2 hours. Bret from Artisan Home Services came out because we had a bad leak at our water service coming into the house thru the foundation. He quickly assessed the issue and took the time to explain the details of the proposed job. He did a meticulously neat job fixing the leak and adding a new shutoff valve at a reasonable price.
It's great to have found a responsive, reputable plumber at a reasonable price.

Artisan Home Services was referred to us by a competitor with a 5 star Yelp rating. He didn't have the capacity to assist us but said that the owner of Artisan, Mike, had a great reputation in our area. I called the number he gave us and Mike answered immediately. Our water heater had broken and was leaking. Using Facetime, Mike helped us to safely turn off the water and gas. He made arrangements for someone to be at our home first thing in the AM to swap it out. Our plumber, Brett, arrived ontime and already had the new water heater with him. While Brett and other staff were here, we asked about a long list of other plumbing issues that needed some attention and they said that they could extend this service call and just handle all of them. We had faucets, hose bibs, and the water heater all replaced or repaired. Additionally, they extended a water line and moved a valve to a place that was far more accessible for seniors. Everyone with whom we worked was polite and accomodating, respecting our request for social distancing. We need only ask a question and it was handled. We could not be more pleased with the service and the pricing. Great company, great staff, and great owner !

My heat pumps weren't working so I contacted a large Lehigh Valley heating company to come out. They failed to show up - had to call their office & learned the guy was out sick (they never called to tell me) and then they agreed to send someone else out. Wasted my entire day waiting for them. They eventually showed up and said they made the repairs and left. Fast forward 3 months. It's now summer and I now I have no AC. This time I called Artisan. They came out within an hour, exactly as promised and quickly figured out the problem. Someone had apparently opened up the drain valve on my AC coolant! I later learned that this tactic is used by some unscrupulous companies - they open the valve during a visit so there's a slow leak - you then call months later with no AC and when they come back they tell you that you now need a whole need system. The previous company had likely opened up the valve (and no way for me to prove it). Artisan figured it out and instead of telling me I needed a new system they simply replaced the coolant. Impressed with the great service I called them again - this time for a leaking toilet. It was a Sunday and just as promised they showed up on time and made the repair at the price quoted. Great company that I would definitely hire again.
