We had a gas leak behind our washer and dryer and needed it fixed right away. I text Willie and Joesph responded right away! He was able to get to us the same day and get it fixed quickly! We are so appreciative- it really is hard being women handling this and having someone to trust! I would suggest giving Arctic Plumming a call if you need help! They will take good care of you and not at a high cost! Very reasonable!

Arctic plumbing hands down best service we ever received. Willie was very responsive, even over a weekend request. Not only did he inform me when he was arriving to my appointment he was on time. 8+ service for sure. Not only was I able to get a one day appointment. Joseph was courteous on time, professional, and efficient and very friendly. I would would definitely be recommending anyone who needs plumbing done to go with Arctic plumbing. I will definitely be hanging onto this number for future use.

I was really pleased with this company. When I called they got someone to my house to get me an estimate within 20 minutes which was really a coincidence, because they were in the neighborhood, but either way that was awesome. Joseph the technician gave me three different price packages to choose from and explained to me the value of each one. I let him know what I wanted to do, I got his direct phone number and he left with an estimated time frame for when he would be back to repair my shower. The day he came back to replace it, he gave me a time frame of 10-11 for his arrival and sure enough at roughly 1015 he was at my door. He had my shower repaired in about 30 minutes and was on his way.

Here is what I liked the best: I liked that I had direct contact with the tech and was able to text him for updates and ask questions. I loved that they were QUICK and efficient. No one wants to wait around all day for someone who shows up late and moves slow. And third I really felt that they were respectful kind and professional.

I also really was impressed because my mom happened to be over on the day Joseph came to give me a quote. She asked him a question about a repair for her home, and instead of money grabbing or trying to like pitch her something where he easily could have taken advantage of my sweet older mother, he was honest and told her that she truly didn't need a plumber and it could easily be fixed by her or me. He told us what to do and that was that. I just felt that really spoke to his integrity and honesty. He could have pushed her to pay for services that she didn't need and she wouldn't have been any the wiser, but he didn't and I really thought that was impressive. It made me feel this is a company I will continue to call and use moving forward.

Also tbh I like that he didn't ask me to review him on yelp lol. A lot of people will ask that of you, which I understand, to help get the word of mouth out etc. but I liked that he was humble and let the work speak for itself and that's what was important to me.

Toilet tank valves needed to be replaced and the water main leaking a lot of water. Artic responded to JD Management and sent ""Geo"" to our home. Geo has exceptional customer service skills. He is knowledgeable and respectfully explained the problems and the solutions. Quick and efficient service provided.

Joseph and Gio fixed two leaks in our condo. We had a slab leak and shower valve leak. The company made time to come out quickly. They were very professional and friendly. They fixed both leaks quickly and cleaned up the drywall dust after they were done. Thank you guys!

I needed a new water heater and got some estimates for that and to put the new one up to code. Artic Plumbing really worked to give me the best deal possible with all I needed to be changed out. I heard of them from the NextDoor app with great reviews. I spoke to Willie, very friendly, and he sent out Gio that very same day. They were ready with an opening that very next day but I had appointments. Gio did an excellent job ! He's very prompt, reliable, has what he needs to do the job, friendly and is very clean. I was impressed that he replaced my 50 gal tank all by himself.

Text Willie this morning, he sent his crew of two guys over the same day. Totally unexpected but much appreciated. I had attempted to replace the garbage disposal and the faucet, I failed due to the house construction. Willie's crew installed the new garbage disposal and the new faucet in no time. They also fixed a gas leak with my new stove top, we had it shut off because we couldnt figure out the problem, they found it and fixed it we literally won't die now from carbon monoxide poisoning, Willie and his crew to the rescue. You dont need to look anywhere else. Save the number in your phone, I've used them 3 times super polite and dependable.

I Called Artic Plumbing at 9:30 pm for my sewer that was clogged. They had a plumber out to my home within the hour, they had to pull my toilet to snake out my sewer and were able to unclog the drain. Overall experience was awesome and price seemed fair.
