I'm not sure why this place is getting 5 stars because they are not reliable. We met with Julio on Saturday 7/11/2020 for an appointment and picked out our material for hardwood flooring. We were on time, respectful and returned the sample immediately within 1 hour.
Then Julio scheduled an appointment for in-property consultation and measurements for the following Wednesday. I was expecting him to show up at 12:30 pm and then after 30 minutes, no one showed up. No one contacted me about the no show, and no one at Arthur's or the mgmt knew what was going on either with Julio. I didn't even know who was suppose to show up for the appointment! I contacted Julio by phone and he wouldn't pick up the line, but texted back saying he wouldn't arrive until after 1 pm.

I just feel very disappointed and frustrated that they would be wasting a customer's time for over 30 minutes, as they were running late from a previous appointment. I mean who does that? It shows disrespect and unreliability and lack of responsibility. I really don't feel like this is a place I can trust. I would not recommend based on my poor experience here. WHERE IS YOUR PROFESSIONALISM??!

The initial consult was easy to set up and we received a reasonable estimate very quickly. Our entire place contained carpet, which we replaced with vinyl. The job took half the time anticipated and the workers were very diligent and did a wonderful job. Thank you to Jorge, Luis, and Caesar for a job well done.

Poly and his crew did great work. They were on time and super neat. Plastic around the furniture and door. Moved the wet bar glasses so they didn't get damaged. Nice, nice people. Highly recommend.

Poly and his crew did an excellent job in laying our new flooring after having to pickup where someone else had abruptly left off. His crew worked efficiently, had all the tools they needed to get the job done. They were very polite and patient and respectful when moving our furniture around. Can I just say that I didn't know how easy it was going to be to replace the wall to wall carpeting in my new house with beautiful vinyl flooring until I met Arthur. We also decided to replace the old linoleum in the kitchen and bathrooms which made the house look larger and brighter.
I hadn't moved in yet, and I live over an hour away. But we discussed everything on the phone, Arthur met me at the new house on time, took all the measurements, and he explained everything that would be needed to do the job. He brought samples, and the first one my sister and I saw was the one we picked, and WOW, it looks fabulous and completely upgraded the ambience and size of the house. His wonderful crew were done in two days, and cleaned up everything thoroughly. I highly recommend Arthur and his company.

I am very happy with the service my husband and I got from Arthur's Flooring. Our estimator, Harris, was personable and quoted us a great deal. He was also very helpful with answering questions prior to the installation. Also want to give kudos to the installers, Jorge and Luis. They did an awesome job! They were on time, very careful and conscientious with our household items, were very fast, and cleaned everything up nicely when they finished. You can tell they know what they are doing. I would definitely recommend working with Arthur's Flooring.
