Long overdue review which I promised to give this business.... Sorry Oves/Ather for taking so long, its moving time... Long story short, we have contacted many other contractors with little success both from availability, price point, and their overall confidence in the job we described. I reached out to Ather on the very last day of the year, and he called back within an hour or so, agreed to send someone to meet us within the same morning, and that someone came punctually. His name is Oves who is great salesman and good man over all. We discussed the scope of the work on the spot, they gave the quotes, the estimated timeline, which is right after the New Year, and done we signed the contract for the work immediately. I honestly had some doubts at that point from both the scheduling and material preparations perspectives. But they left me no doubt when on said start date, they came and started work with ALL necessary materials (our requested laminate, baseboards, moldings, you name it) readily delivered to our address. The crew - from my understanding, led by Ezequiel, who is another true young professional, was polite, professional, and skillful. They finished all jobs with a slight modifications of the scope of the stairs (which we originally wanted) one day before promised date, and all with great craftsmanship. The owner, Ather, followed up with me when I thanked them. The salesman Oves is wonderfully polite and honest, and punctual every time we needed to meet or speak. The crew also did amazing job and were listening to what we said and advised us very professionally and also cleaned up nicely afterwards.

I have done quite a few home upgrades and worked with many different contractors so I know what to expect, but these guys beat all expectations. Highly recommended if you need any laminate flooring installation and stairs jobs. Again thank for the great work - you are the best!

I chose Arthur's Flooring based on the Yelp reviews and I'm so glad I did. Arthur provides top notch customer service; he is personable, responsive and cares about customer satisfaction. His team is talented, personable and professional as well along with being timely (I always knew what to expect next). House looks amazing! Price was on point and work was accommodated into two weekends for me. It was a four day project to demo tile and carpet and they were able to split the project into two weekends so I could be there and work around other contractors working on walls and cabinets. The guys were friendly and respectful to my home, not like some other contractors I've run into. They were very careful with my walls and furniture which was an added plus! Would definitely recommend this company to friends.

*Knocking the one star due to them not screwing the door frame into one of my doorways. I'm assuming because once screwed in, the door wouldn't shut. They just left it unscrewed and didn't tell me about the problem. Luckily I'm a handy gal and figured out a way to make it work. Just make sure to check the work once completed.

We chose Arthur's Flooring based on the Yelp Reviews... and let me tell you, if I could give 6 stars I would. From the initial in-home visit to the installation, Ather and his staff were very professional and personal. We were on a very tight time schedule of installation to move-in and literally Ather jumped through hoops to make it work. They even came back after we moved in and made sure everything was perfect. OUR FLOORS ARE GORGEOUS!!! I absolutely felt like I was the only client. Thank you, Arthur's Flooring, for the wonderful service and gorgeous floors. Everyone who comes in our home comments first on how beautiful our floors are! ******!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WASTE OF MY TIME. I gave them a call to see about refinishing my entry way. They showed up, took measurements, and said they'd send the estimate via email. A few days went by, nothing. I sent a polite text to Gus, asking for the estimate thinking they might have forgotten, still nothing. It's been over a week and they still haven't sent me anything or returned my messages/call.

On top of that, Gus wasn't very helpful in answering most of my basic questions. Apparently their ""technician"" has all the answers. He only showed up to take measurements and pictures, which he somehow forgot to do.

All in all, POOR COMMUNICATION, POOR SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL, & UNRELIABLE.

Sorry guys but, you definitely dropped the ball on this one. Hope you treat other potential customers better.

Arthur's Flooring is great!! They are very flexible and respond quickly to any messages! The installers did a great job and I am very satisfied! I would definitely recommend them if you need new flooring!

Arthur is awesome, the best customer service!! I bought my floor at Lumbar Liquidators (big mistake!!- they no longer manufacture the color of Keningston Manor High Sholes Hickory). They did a great install job. They make it right, great communication, answers text immediately!

Simple process from start to finish. Called and got an estimate on a Thursday and had installers here the following Tuesday. Total professional all the way. Recommended classy mounding at a very reasonable cost. The installers Poly and his helper were fast and knew exactly how to get the job done. Cleaned up at the end of the day and took care to protect our property. Fantastic company. No hidden costs and no ""extra charges"" what was I the contract was what we paid. Would definitely use again!

Arthur is a follow thru individual and wishes you to be very happy with your floors. To begin, i had my own lvt floors to be installed. called several installers and they did not want to install them, i had to buy their product. when i called arthur's, he was more than happy to install them, he said ""no problem."" His installer Luis and his wife came to my home. Luis gave me some advice on the installation of the baseboard and it worked. The floors look great. I love my floors!!!
