I called them for an air conditioning issue. They were here two hours and charged me $475. Turned out, the problem was a built-in feature of the nest thermostat. They did not actually repair anything. I felt a charge of $475 for two hours work was outrageous......Will never call them again.

Would recommend Steve Sipos and Artesian Plumbing 110 percent all day every day!! We had a frozen water pipe in our home on Christmas Eve morning with 20 people coming later that day for a party. One phone call and Steve was there ASAP to fix our plumbing crisis. His work has always been excellent and his rates are fair. Who would have thought that Santa looks like Steve from Artesian Plumbing?!?
