Called company for a minor repair. They charge $99 to come out and give you a price on repair. Unfortunately when they arrive they gouge you with an exorbitant estimate. Approximately $300 plus an hour for labor in addition to service call($99). If you don't agree to repair they still charge for service call for the 5 minutes they are there. The problem with this is there is no way to determine their repair price without them looking at job. I can tell you that they charge as much as an attorney does, per hour. Find someone else, did not find them to be reasonable in any way.

I had a toilet backing up. Art plumbing came out and told me the drain lines under my house were bad and needed to be replaced and quoted me a price of $29,000 !!! To tunnel under the house and replace them. They offered me a cheaper option at $14,000 of putting a liner inside the pipe but with the caveat that my pipes were old and if they hit a bad spot they have to tear up the floor in my home. I told the plumber I need to think about it then he said I'll wait while you think about it, trying to pressure me into this outrageous repair. I had another plumber who came out and found a large tube of toothpaste stuck in the drain. I have to question how it got there since this is not an item that would even flush because of the size. I live alone I'd notice if I dropped a full tube of toothpaste in the toilet. This company is crooked and just trying to scam the customer.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS THAT ARE ONLY TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE!!!!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE - Bought new AC from this company in May 2024, needed emergency repair in October 2024 b/c the pipes were clogged with bacteria. Request for service went unanswered after multiple calls. When dispatch finally realized I had bought the system from them - they sent Tech out. Tech showed me the clogged pipe and told me it would be an expensive fix and I again stated that this was a recent purchase. He then called the company and told me it was no charge. However, the filters that the installer told me to use were not keeping out the bacteria and I needed a special frame and filters - for an additional $529 and needed to flush the system monthly with extra strength vinegar. I called customer service and asked for a manager to call me to discuss this - that was on Friday October 11 and I still have not heard back from this company. I have never had to service a central AC like this and can't believe no one will assist. Stay away from this company - they are liars.

If I could have left a Negative Star...I would have. What a joke. Their commercial and narrative when you're on hold praises their commitment to showing up """"on time"""". Our AC went out yesterday. Art Pluming and AC assured us they would be here today after 4:00. At 5:00, we called and after a 15 minute hold, we were informed that our appointment was cancelled and re-scheduled for tomorrow. No one bothered to call us. I asked to speak to the dispatcher...denied. I asked to speak to a supervisor. After 47 minutes on hold, I was told they would call me right back. No phone call yet. Art Plumbing is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not under sany circumstance engage them to service your aC.

In addition to my other review below, as I was doing my own PAN Vacuuming (because they sold me a faulty pan and replaced it with SAME problem so now it has been and will be my ongoing problem ), upon my usual maintenance, the guy was here and had a trainee with him. I was told...( after I had to beg that they please suck out the drain outside) that the elect. box outside missing the cover...hummm...perhaps someone took it off the box near the condenser...""""what""""?? who would take a metal cover off a electric box"""" i exclaimed! The new trainee said """"you must do something, I am a electrician and this could be a problem"""" Guess how much$$,,,,over 200+ dollars to solve this cover problem. I asked..""""hey, do you possibly have a cover(in your beautiful truck)? ummmmm who got uncomfortable then? I am so disgusted and disappointed in how little they care. The one star is for the women who take the messages!
