Company Overview

We are always available when you require assistance. Providing outstanding services in plumbing, AC, drain cleaning, water treatment, indoor air quality, and sprinkler systems. Honored to serve the counties of Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach since 1983.

In the early 1980s, after enduring difficult economic conditions in the Northeast, Arthur and Marie D'Attile, together with their then 21-year-old son Gregg, decided to relocate to South Florida.

After settling in Coral Springs, Art secured his Broward County Master Plumbers License, and on August 15, 1983, they launched Art Plumbing.

In 1990, the company honed in on providing service, repair, replacement, drain cleaning, and maintenance for plumbing systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. In 1996, we expanded our offerings to include air conditioning and indoor air quality, and in 2016, we incorporated electrical services, rebranding as Art Plumbing, AC & Electric.

Today, Art Plumbing, AC & Electric stands as South Florida's leading provider of residential and commercial plumbing, air conditioning, and electrical services.

I am a third-generation contractor and have been raising my family in Coral Springs, Florida, since 1983.

Over the years, I have participated in various industry associations and served on City and County boards, including the Broward County Licensing Board for Plumbers, President of the Florida Association of Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors, and currently as Chairman of the Broward County Board of Rules and Appeals.

I have been privileged to coach countless youth sports teams over the years, too many to list. I follow the Golden Rule: ""Treat others how you want to be treated"". Since 1983, we have been dedicated to serving Coral Springs and South Florida, and it is our joy to support the communities where we live, work, and play.

I collaborate with our staff at Art Plumbing, AC & Electric to encourage them to achieve their best each day, in every aspect.

Would not recommend this company. Our experience was that they quoted a price that was expensive and were uncertain it would fix our issue. We used another provider and had 2 items fixed for $100 less than there quote to """"attempt"""" to fix one item.

I would advise everyone to get another quote before hiring Art Plumbing AC & Electric.  Unfortunately, I did not exercise due diligence and ended up paying $2,983 for an air handler cleaning and an Air Scrubber.  I called around afterwards to check prices and found out I paid more than double the going rate for the same product and service.

I was going to leave a review of a recent service , but after seeing all the others it pretty much sums up my experience do yourself a favor and use another company unless you had no other choice like me .

Have used them for many personal and corporate jobs...Pricing is transparent but high........Don't bother...skillset is fine but do not appreciate existing customers...on 3 recent occasions, including today, i have tried to schedule work...Today they asked me to wait 2 weeks and when I said i needed it sooner, they said they'll call if cancellation...I said that I would have to call someone else...their response: """"OK sir."""" It's nothing terrible, but why bother with a firm that does not care that much about existing customers...Many other choices out there.

Had this company over a year ago and I am still bitter. I had a ceiling leak on the first floor. They butchered my ceiling, charged me a lot of money, completely misdiagnosed the problem and did nothing about it. If we're up to them I would have had to replace my shower pan in the master bathroom upstairs and would have been charged a lot more than my initial payment. It turns out it was a leak in the pipe between floors. They had no clue, butchered the 1st floor ceiling charged me $698.00 for absolutely nothing. No reimbursement, nothing! The service person was inept, the service manager is unreasonable, no apology, nothing. I had a test done one the pan, no leaks, which they did not even offer. What a rip off. I hope you think twice about this company. I've moved since then and am out of the area. Please save yourself some money and avoid these crooks.

Casey was excellent. He wore a mask and booties to cover his shoes. He was in and out quickly repairing my shower handles. His rating is 5 stars. The reason for the one star overall rating was the astronomical price I was charged. I was charged $875.00 for less than one and a half hours of work . The parts were $80.00 a piece; two parts. You do the math. I do not recommend Art's unless you have a lot of money to throw away.

Updated my review for many reasons. After some time to re-assess the situation, and let some water flow under the bridge, you realize things weren't as bad as you thought. I guess time heals all wounds. DON'T GET ME WRONG, my install was a total disaster. there were multiple attempts to resolve the initial install (8 in all), and all of them were additional frustration to having the replace the unit to begin with. I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT HVAC. All I know is when I press cool, and set a temperature, it should cool to the selected temperature. After almost a year of operation, the system has been flawless since they completed their re-work. Does the system cool my home? Yes it does. Am I satisfied at this point, yes I am. Why did I go from one star to three? Excellent question. Over the last year my relationship with Arts was adversarial, I had gone so far as to drive to the office and talk to the owner. He met with with two burly guys to ensure his safety, ok if that's how you see me, I get it, I was hot (Literally). He assured me the system install would be completed to my satisfaction. In that, he was correct. Through the multiple service attempts to resolve the install, EVERY technician they sent to my home was Neat, responsible and respectful of both my home and my family. That goes a long way. I had recently called them about my free one year service on both my new systems and they told be I was a """"DO NOT SERVICE"""", boy was I pissed. Opening up old wounds. So I left voicemail for Roger Campbell, and he called me and emailed back. He was (Like all the tech's) nice and dealt with my frustration. They have removed my no service and scheduled appointments for the check-ups. If I had a customer who was as pissed, as I was, I might not go back either. Roger sent me the missing filters promised in my install and we agreed to move forward. After they had completed system one, the other system in my home died. I used arts, a show not only of good will, but they had Daniel Tucker come to my home to do the install and it was PERFECT. Both systems,s keep my home cool, and aside from some major bumps in the road at the beginning, they stood behind their work. When you call they say """"How can I make you smile today?"""". Say what you want about how poorly it went at the beginning, the last year has been cool and trouble free. Ultimately, their work may have had some issues at the beginning, but I'm satisfied about the results. They never gave up on the install, other companies might have said screw it, they didn't. Im not giving five stars for the initial install and subsequent issues, but the second install was flawless, so instead of three starts (a-ok), I'm making it four stars, because in the face of adversity they never gave up. Had my experience with them been only the second system it would have been a five star install. Give them a shot, the good outweighs the bad.

I had Art come out to do a pretty big job. I hired them to install a new electrical panel and a new A/C unit. Both jobs were done as if I hired a couple of workers from a Home Depot parking lot. Maybe even worse. Art was there all day and called around 4pm stating that they were done. When we got home, there was a huge hole in the wall above and below the panel. The new slab for the A/C was placed on top of the old slab. When I called about this, they sent someone to fix the hole around the panel which he used just spackling around the unit rather than taking the frame off to do it right. The guys came to fix the AC install and rather than leveling the ground and installing the new AC slab, they set it on top of a cement post and used a brick from my neighbor's yard to make it level. I will never use Art Plumbing again. This was the most unprofessional work I've ever seen.

Not reliable and apparently not competent ... I received an estimate which was great and the service appointment was well done, or so I thought, but when I called to schedule the job their office said """"someone will be in touch to schedule the job"""". Then I received a call saying they were unable to complete the job at this time with no specific reason why. They were also not helpful when I asked to refer me to a company that was competent enough to complete the job. Disappointing....

Called them after a pipe on my water heater broke and was flooding my garage. They agreed to come out the next day at 9 am for a $59 service fee. They show up and tell me that the repair on my water heater (to replace the broken valves and the shut off nob that also broke) was $556. I thought this was a bit ridiculous but allowed them to do the work and paid. The next day, I have NO hot water. They come back out and tell me that water had leaked into the heating elements and the unit was shot and needed to be replaced for $1800. I had another plumber come out and replace my water heater for $975. I also asked him what he would have charged me to do the work that Arts did the day before? Yep, shouldn't have been any more than $250. I have called Arts 5 times and have spoken to 3 different representatives attempting to get a $150 credit back to my Am ex account. They tell me they will contact the correct person and I will get a call back which has NEVER happened. So now I am disputing $300 of this charge through my Am Ex card and would like to recommend Centerljne plumbing to anyone out there who needs a plumber, they were fair and did a fantastic job michaela mussoline
