Bad company to deal with, they didn't show up on time as promised, when I called to company supervisor Cindy told me that she forgot call me for being late and she is going to send me technician within hour, which I already lost 3 hours of my job waiting for them. Very poor customer service and I don't recommend to deal with the company!!!!

Art Plumbing and Air Conditioning did come on time and did an ok but not perfect type job, but way, way, overcharges for their work over $700 to change 4 nub valves and 1 shut off valve, all out in the open with no obstruction,the shut off valve looks like it belongs on a warehouse!!!!! Called them back because Someone else was here for me while job was being done, said the big ugly shut off valve is just what they use?? Very unhappy. RIPOFF!!!

First time customers, Charly with Art arrived on time. The entry to my house was 1 foot under water but Charly was not going to let that get in the way. Charly was professional and got the toilet installed in no time. Looks like this company values it's employees, Tatiana in the office was genuinely caring and took care that a had a plumber scheduled and on time. Good teamwork and one pleased customer.

Art Plumbing and bla bla ,,,never satisfied me in other words always disappointing when some visit and give the estimate for required repair or fixing least 3-5 times higher then market price. So for me is waste of time to contact your company or some naive ready to pay you means he is wasting his money. Recent Experiences: 1. The timer of the outside lights was not working so I bought a new one from home depot and call your company to change it ,,and your company send some so called electrician I doubt if he certified anyway after 30 minutes inspection lol ,,, he asked me $220 for to just replace the timer,,hahaha ,,,I asked excused from him and later I went to home depot and request if that have any electric contractor who do this job right away at customer service lady submit my request online and within 5 minutes I receive 3 calls and next day the first guy came and he fixed it for $40,, 2. Sprinkler motor was not working the guy came and I was bounded to pay him $40 if agree or not with estimate. So he gave me estimate for 1650 dollars to change the pump,, the same Job later on Home Depot contractor did for 650 Dollars including labor and stuff like pump drum etc ,, 3. Last year I called for my a/c to replace with new one the guy came from your company asked me 8500 Dollars ,,, I did this job with other just for 3200 dollars,,, So if I have any enemy or I need to take revenge with some one else I must recommend your company for this kind of jobs but not to my love ones , relative and friends , for sure,, Sincerely ,, NaDeem Zafar

Was referred to this company via Home depot. I needed to replace the leaking water heater in my condo. They said they will send a tech to look at the old heater and have the process started. Later I received a phone call from Christine and confirmed that I will be home after 4:30 PM. She said the tech will go to my place after another job. No one showed up that day, no one called me to inform me what's going on. The next morning no phone call either. So obviously I cannot recommend this company. And this explains their low rating on Yelp.

My experience with Art Plumbing is terrible and frustrating.its an ongoing nightmare for months I was told to change and get a new AC which i did . The new AC after a month didnt work.There is zero communication between the time u call the office and the time someone actually comes out I lost 2 days of work because they said they were coming out between 3 and 5 and they never come ouy never call never advise. This has happened multiple times Then when i call offixe to complain they said oh its scheduled for tomorrow So i took their word for it and thought maybe i got the date wrong The next day they never came out either. This is the worse company I have ever worked with. I don't even know where to begin. My AC was not working I called ART PLUMBING because they are being recommended by The Home Depot. It was supposed to be a free consultation- Jason Hajbura told me he couldn't fix it and it was better to get another person from his company to give me prices for a new unit. Of course, before he left he charged me $100 for coming- I was offered an air conditioner job with changing all ducts and grills and insulation in the attic for $24K by John Davini, their salesperson. He told me to wait two weeks because they had to order the parts. Also, I was told the job will take 4- 5 days to finish once they had the parts. 1- the job started 4 weeks ago, and they still not done: WEEK 1 - Dorian Ingram, came to my house with another person and they damaged my ceiling on the second day of work in a couple areas of the house- He then brought another guy and by Friday they told me I had to wait another week because it was a new guys who did that and I had to wait for the job to be done because their drywall person was on holidays, and they couldn't finish the job until the drywall was done. WEEK #2 -they send a third party to do the drywall on Thursday and I asked if they could send the people the next day to finish the job, they said they couldn't because they didn't have enough staff to take care of the job already late. Also, that same Thursday, I noticed the house was hot with the new unit already installed. I called and they sent Howard Fraser who told my daughter """"we were lucky to call that day because this was an issue with condensation and that was not covered."""" - The AC was still not fixed when he left. Over that second weeked the house still hot than what I had set up the thermostat. During those two weeks I called their office several times asking to speak to a manager, which as of today still have not hear back from anyone. WEEK #3 - Dorian, the technician and his assistant showed up at my house again on Monday thinking he was there to check the AC unit based on my call of the past Thursday. He had no idea that he had to finish the job. He told me that he thought the job was done. I had to wait for them to call the office and verify why they were at my house. In the meantime, I had to take the last Thursday and that Monday off from work - These are the same people who were at my house two weeks before doing the job. - That day they finished the job but the AC still not cooling as it should. I told them and they said I had to call the office and left. I kept calling the office asking to speak with a manager - I left several msgs with different people yet no answer! - I called again for services last Thursday because the house still hot. This time they sent Vanzie Comrie, who came with a second person, he told me problem is that I need an additional return and added more insulation per my request. I asked him when they were going to do the additional return and he said a manager should call me back. That was last Friday. WEEK #4 - Today I called again and now they are not picking up my calls. I dont understand what is going on. This is the most frustrating situation I have been in. NOBODY CARES!

This is my 2nd time calling Art Plumbing for a quote. The 1st time, my quote was ridiculously out of line with all of the other quotes that I got. They will tell you """"but we are quality!"""". Well, every other company I called out had close to 5 stars as well. Well, I am getting 4-5 quotes again(from all close to 5 star companies), and I decided to give this company a shot one more time. MAYBE it would be within reason this time. NOPE! I called them out to give me a quote to replace my ductork in my house. Being that they are the 5th quote that I got, I not only know what I am looking for, but know the price range very well! All of the other quotes were from $3000-4200. This is from 4 other 5 star companies! Well, let's play a game. If out of 4 other quotes, the highest quote I got was for $4200, and there were 3 other 5 star companies willing to do the same work for that price or less, where do you think that Art Plumbing came in? Twice as much?! NAH, that would only be $8400. How about $13,000!!!!! For the same exact job that 4 other highly rated companies could do for $3000-4200. This is an insulting price! Trust me when I say that no honest company can be so far off from the others, without knowing that they are screwing you! For this price, I could literally go with another company, replace all of my ductork AND both of my AC units(which they were not doing) for less than this amount! So, if you like throwing your money away to the tune of overpaying by 300%, then Art Plumbing is the company for you! If not, get 2 more quotes, and you will easily see how Art Plumbing is trying to take advantage of your situation! This type of business really makes me angry!!!

Worst customer service I have ever had. They actually lied to me about what they were going to do about an open permit and did nothing. It was left for me to clean up the open permit that they never even completed getting before they did their work. Overcharged for what they ended up doing. Replaced about 2 feet and a 90 on my water main and charged me $1300. See picture. Will never use this company again and never recommend!!

My review of Art for A/C work was 5 star. Recently i attempted to try them for plumbing. The Plumber was condescending and had a cocky attitude. He stated that """"this is what happens when you don't maintain your things"""" Ummm, I certainly do, thats why I called for a plumber. And he proceeded to try and sell me on a service contract! Of course no one likes when a woman stands up for herself against a tech who quite frankly was not nice, at least to me. So , yes I gave him an attitude back. And after waiting all day, was not even going to attempt any work! Needless to say I did not select them.
