Well I thought that this was a pretty good company until I realized that the work done on cleaning out the sewer line was completely inadequate. I had the same problem a month later. Another plumber came out and assessed the problem in more detail. The only problem is I'm out $185 for the first visit and $375 for the second visit only to be told that they can't fix it. Thanks for nothing.

Have used this company several times since 2010 for both my and my mom's homes. They always respond quickly even if it isn't urgent to do so. The technicians are very qualified, friendly and polite. I only wish it didn't cost so darn much. As a Senior on a fixed income, it sometimes is hard to afford the work that must be done. I would give this company 5 stars if they were more affordable.

I'm very satisfied with their service. I had an issue with my shampoo bowl at my salon. N I needed it done asap. N they accommodate !! Came out same day n resolved my issue. N went a above beyond. I'm grateful. Thank you Jack. For doing a fantastic job on my shampoo bowl. I highly recommend this place!!! I rarely do reviews but this business deserves my recognition!!

FIND ANOTHER PLUMBER!! THEY SCAMMED AND OVERCHARGED MY ELDERLY MOM!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!

We had a gas leak and had Art Douglas Plumbing come out. They did a pressure test and were able to find the leak but said that it would be $3500 or more to fix. We got a second opinion and got it fixed for much cheaper but they called me and said the pressure test is $150. This is my mom's house and she is elderly so I was trying to handle it for her. I told my mom that the pressure test was $150 and we were fine about paying that but JERRY from Art Douglas showed up at her door and told her it was going to $750! She told them we were quoted $150 but they insisted it was $750. They then said they would take half off and charged her $350. My mom paid it because she said she didn't know what else to do. They took advantage and an elderly lady who felt helpless! Shame on them!!

We had a lot of problems with our shower and sink faucets in our daughter's bathroom and needed them done very quickly due to an injury. We called and Douglas Plumbing (Sam) was at our house the same day. Sam was very polite, respectful and considerate through the entire repair job. Everything we needed to have done was completed efficiently and professionally with good communication throughout. The entire job required 2 days to complete. We have a few other projects we will need to have done and when we get ready to have them done, we will call Art Douglas Plumbing and request Sam. Thank you for a great experience.

I paid $120 for a service call to fix a problem with my AC and I got an extremely high estimate with no options.
I decided to get a second opinion from Balanced Comfort and all it cost me was $99 for the service call.
The technician gave me a more realistic estimate if the problem persisted.
I will not recommend Art Douglas Plumbing.

These guys were good. Josh was amazing. I apologize because don't remember the second worker's name but he also was amazing too. Had a hot water leak. When first inspected Josh knew what to do. Told me it might be 2 days. They fixed it in about 8 hours. Now every situation is different but these guys worked to get it done. So good.

John came out to fix our kitchen sink within 30 minutes of calling. He was prompt, friendly and fixed our issue. He explained to us what had gone wrong and made us feel comfortable about how to avoid it moving forward. We very much liked our experience with John and Art Douglas Plumbing and will be calling them for future needs.
