Bair came over to my rental property yesterday to move my dishwasher so that the pest control guys can seal that entry point for the mice that were coming to the kitchen. This is the second time I requested the service from Arshan plumbing &Handyman service, and I am still super happy about the service they provided! My kitchen sink clogged at midnight. I tried to text Bair to see if he's available to help to fix it the next day (Sunday). He texted me back in a second and offered to help with a reasonable price. Considering the nature of the urgency, he came to us at his earliest convenience time in the morning. He did a thorough check, and fixed the clogged draining system. He also went out to buy new items to replace the things that's broken. This project was completed for my next-door neighbor, who had been needing these repairs for at least a decade, as you can see from the pictures. We hired Arshan Plumbing & Handyman Services, Bair and Baatr for the job.

The first step involved demolition, which required removing three layers of roofing, including wood shingles, down to the slats. They then installed plywood as new roof support over the existing slats.

Next, they addressed the deteriorating plywood siding and removed tarps that had been used to protect the walls from rain. They replaced rotten studs, beams, headers, and floor joists before wrapping the house with house wrap.

For the broken window panes, the owner opted to replace them with plexiglass instead of full window replacements due to budget constraints. As you can see, the lower floor windows had plywood coverings. They also flashed and trimmed the windows to enhance their appearance and prevent leaks.

The pre-primed T1-11 siding was painted before installation and secured with metal Z-channel to protect it from deterioration. The wall on the right in the photos features step flashing beneath the cement shingles of the adjoining building. Finally, they installed rain gutters with downspouts directed into the city drainage system.

These professionals completed the project in just 6.5 days at a great price. They brought their own tools, were punctual, cleaned up daily, and showed respect for the property. I would hire them again without hesitation and highly recommend their services.

a great job fixing an old door that I could barely open and close due to heat expansion and ground shifting over time.
