Our hot water heater started leaking. I called a few people to get estimates. One never returned the call. Another gave us a runaround. But when Mike called and said he would be over within 1/2 hour he was there on time. He gave me a reasonable estimate. He came within a couple of days as scheduled. 3 came, our old heater was drained, removed and a brand new unit replaced within 45 minutes. He explained the functioning of the unit and was on his way. Would call him again in an instant if needed!

Scratched up my floor, wall and more. Said they'd fix it. They ignored calls. I contacted BBB and they could not get a response either.
