If you'd like a a technician to come to your home that's rude, aggressive, dismissive l, unprofessional and leaves without complaining the job then by all means call Arsenal and ask them to send Robert. Do not use this company and if you do make sure they don't send him.

shows up for 5 min to get $75 from insurance. tech said needs to order toilet handle/leveler. then left. insurance called says tech said it's a special handle, quoting $125 in addition to $75 already paid.

AHS sent them for just a simple toilet flush/leveler replacement. Total part from Home Depot is $8.
He said he doesn't have the part and needs to order it and left. Insurance calls says Arsenal says there is part missing! (Which he never told us) and in addition of $75 given they want another $125 to replace it !!!

I called them to check the my sewer pipe that it been getting clogged and the one lady at the office said it will be $75.00 for inspection. The plumber just to showed up and he didn't do anything. He said that I need to call the office and request for camera inspection that it may cost about $350.00.
I never will used this company again.

A ""technician"" from Arsenal, sent through my home warranty company, came to my home because my sprayer on my kitchen faucet busted so water wasn't coming through the faucet anymore just the busted hose to the sprayer. Should be a simple fixed but the ""technician"" who either didn't know what he was doing or the company itself felt it wasn't going to make much money from the job reports to my home warranty company that the hose busted due to high water pressure and my home didn't have a regulator which made my home warranty deny the claim. I've been in my house for nearly 15 years, it probably busted due to age not water pressure. I have had plumbers come to my home on several occasions, one time because my water pressure was too low and it was adjusted. Never has anyone said anything about not having a regulator. Btw, another plumber came out and fixed my issue in less than 30 minutes and he said it had nothing to do with my water pressure. Avoid this company, their so-called technicians don't want to work and lie to get out of it.

This company was approved to do work by Fidelity Home Warranty, and is refusing to provide insurance details to my building HOA in order to work on my million dollar condo.

I live in an exclusive full service building with valet and my building requires all contractors and companies to provide insurance in order to work in the building for any possible damages occurred by the company.

This company is arrogant, rude, disrespectful, and the definition of a company you do not want doing your plumbing.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I let them come to check my water heater. Filed a claim through home warranty, they sent this company out. I had no hot water in my home, tried to flush out water heater. Still did not work. Filed the claim and they assigned this company. Of course, on the day he came the hot water started flowing. Explained the situation to him and he just stood there and said they don't over maintenance issues. Did nothing. A few days later it happened again, called to get a recall on the service work order. We didn't hear from the company so called them on a Wednesday, they said they would come out on Monday. Tried flushing again while we waited for Monday to get here. The water heater would drain when the water was turned on, however, once you shut water off it would stop draining. Over the next few days kept trying different things. Again, the day he got here water was working. This time my husband was here and explained all the issues and even showed him. He told my husband that he would submit a claim for replacement (water heater is 1996). Today I noticed my claim was showing closed so I called home warranty to get status. They told me the tech submitted his report stating that the water heater was bubbling but was NOT in failure, therefore, claim was denied. The tech totally lied to my husband. If your home warrant tries to send out this company, let them know you don't want them. They are horrible. And the lady who answers their phones is rude and has no compassion.

Nothing was done! I paid my co pay to American Homeshield and they sent this group. Sewage and water is still coming up my bathroom sink. My landlord must go some place else. Please!

This company is a waste of time and money! Our home warranty company assigned them for the initial inspection which we paid for & was useless! We need. to fix our shower wall (bulging) leak. 5 mins total and did absolutely nothing but stare at the wall and ask irrelevant questions. Did not even go under the house! Then called the company to get a copy of report and complain about the useless visit and their office manager was arguing with me on the phone about whether or not we had pipes in the wall based on his pictures !! I am sure there are plenty of other more knowledgeable and professional plumbing companies out there so no need to waste time on this one!!

Arsenal Plumbing did a great job on our toilet. They were timely and very easy to work with. Unfortunately, yesterday I gave them a bad review in error. I thought the review was for American Home Shield, our home warranty company. We never like working with AHS, they are so hard to get in touch with or resolve issues. We are stuck with them for now but will look for another home maintenance company soon and make the switch. They are terrible not Arsenal Plumbing. We highly recommend Arsenal Plumbing and we apology to them for the mistake.
