HORRIBLE SERVICES!!!
One star is one too many for Arsenal plumbing company. We had a guy named serth sent to ""fix"" a broken pipe and our toilet not working properly. The moment he BANGED on our door, i was upset. He then proceeded to just storming into my home, didn't have the common courtesy to ask where the leak was located. He began talking in a degrading manner saying there was no pipe leak on his work order, as he held his phone closely up to my wife's face. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. How is this company still in busines/contracted with home warranty insurances.. unacceptable. I did not allow him to work on anything, kicked him right out the same door he walked in through.

We had a leak that I was afraid was going to be very costly. However, the problem was easy and this company was super honest. They were also very quick and safe during the virus. Thank you Arsenal!!!

I have had an ongoing problem with the plumbing in my master bathroom for over 2 years. I have had multiple plumbing companies out who provided temporary relief. I continued to have issues and had three plumbers suggest the same resolution which was going to cost over $2000.
I was introduced to Arsenal Plumbing through my home warranty company. The service needed was not covered by my warranty insurance which meant I had to come out of pocket for the payment. The technician that Arsenal sent out was Sam. He was professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I decided to go with Arsenal based on my interaction with Sam.
Sam and the young man that assisted him did a great job. They both worked hard and consistently. It took two days to complete the job and I was so pleased with their work that I hired them to take the next step which also was costly but I feel very comfortable that Arsenal will be there if and when I need them.

Leon is the most professional and friendliest plumber that I've ever met! His knowledge and neat job made everyone happy in our house!
We had issues in many places in the apartment because of the landlord's believe ""silicon and tape will fix it all"" :D
I had to take an action and called professional plumbers.
Our kitchen sink was leaking and creating lakes in the cabinet underneath, garbage disposal not working, bathtub faucet was already covered with aged water residue. This company saved me and didn't overcharge.
Marina, who works in their office, politely answered all my questions.
Very happy with my experience with these guys!

Arsenal was sent by Fidelity Home Warranty to deal with a few issues, we had a toilet overflow and flood the house, while trying to turn off the water at the supply line, the valve broke. So we needed the following done -
1. Replace the shut off valve
2. Check the toilet/snake the toilet to see why it overflowed
3. Look at the hand sprayer on the kitchen sink while he was there as it wasn't working either.
The tech arrived and replaced the valve quickly, but I had to remind him to check the toilet as well. He snaked the toilet and advised that it was slow draining/backing up due to heavy calcium buildup. He recommended changing the toilet, but said the warranty does not cover that unless the toilet was broken and said decalcifying it was too expensive vs just changing it.
Then I asked him about the kitchen sink and he said it wasn't on the work order, so I had to call Fidelity to make sure it got added to his work order on the same trip. Finally got it added, he bought the parts and swapped it out. We were happy up to that point.
Then I called Fidelity after he left to confirm that the toilet was covered or not, and they confirmed it would be if the tech recommended replacement as it wasn't included in the report they received.
I asked if they could call him to check as he recommended changing it. They called, and he STRAIGHT OUT DENIED HE SAID ANYTHING ABOUT CALSIFICATION OR NEEDING TO REPLACE THE TOILET.
I asked Fidelity if I could get a second opinion and they said no, since the toilet works, we'd have to wait for another failure. So I'd have to wait for another overflow for them to even consider since he didn't include it on the report and denied even saying it.
If you get Arsenal, ask for someone ANYONE else.

Probably the worst company and service I have received ever in my life. My home warranty Fidelity sent these guys out for my water heater. The plumber replaced the pilot and left right away and water heater went out after 30 min. comes back 5 days later replaced burner then water heater goes out after 2 hours. My family and I have been without a water heater for 10 days and Home warranty wants Arsenal to come back to tell them its officially not working and Arsenal now says they cant come to my house for another 5 days. They dont have any plumbers near the area? Ridiculous! This plumbing company is only juicing money of the home warranty and not in business to actual solve the problem they are using my families suffering to make money we have been without a water heater for 11 days. I will discredit this pluming company wherever and whenever I can because they are not in business to help people. They shouldn't even be in business PERIOD!

When my home warranty company assigned Arsenal plumbing for my main drain clog, I was really nervous due to all the bad reviews. But, I was desperate because I needed emergency service. Initially my first few moments wasn't so great mainly because we were dealing with AHS authorization and what they will or won't cover the plumber to do. Once we got past that, my experience with Jose, the technician was great. I think I made it pretty clear what a germophobe I was or maybe he can see how crazy and anal I was with how clean I kept my house. Each time a contractor, especially a plumber came to I feel I have to clean, mop and disinfect the area they worked in since there is usually black liquid/slime spinning and flying or dripping off the snake. This is black water we are talking about so definitely need to be careful. Jose was so considerate and so professional, he made sure he had everything set on plastic bags and he made sure he made as little of a mess as possible. In fact, I don't think I saw any liquid drip off his machine or fly off from the snake. It was great because I haven't encountered a plumbing company so respectful and considerate. Even before he came into my house, he was carrying footies with him! If I could give more than 5 stars for my experience, I would.

Arsenal was sent by our home warranty company and we are very happy with the work they did. Edgar immediately identified the source of leaking underneath our sink and had it fixed within minutes. He also quickly fixed a leaking faucet in the bathroom. Thank you Edgar!

The worst! Disgruntled plumber blamed not being able to find parking on me - and then told my insurance company that the brand new hole in a pipe that happened right after I moved in was PREEXISTING! The nasty man literally said 'you want, you want!' before storming off and not fixing a thing. Would work with anyone BUT them!

Liars!!! I have Fidelity as my home insurance and dispatched this company to look at a clogged issue. The guy just came take a look, without doing anything and claimed that he needed a clean out installed to fix the clog. Which of course, it is not covered by the insurance. And of course, they quoted $1000 dollars. this drain is standard in the whole community(67 units), which is legit and should not need any new installation. What I hate them most is that they stated in the report that they tried use a snake to clean it which they never ever do!!!! I hate lying. They are liars! They are dishonest! Don't go with them.
I have my clogged issue resolved by another plumber which cost less than $100!
