My water heater sprang a leak so I called my Home Owner's Insurance. They sent Arsenal Plumbing. Made an appointment for 8am to 10am on Saturday morning. They called and pushed 10 to 12 Friday night. After they came out to give me an estimate, I received a call from my insurance stating that that it would cost 2200.00 for a new tank. (some minor updating needed). Insurance would cover half, but I would have to pay 1100.00. The insurance company told me that the charges were excessive but they could not send another plumber. I took the payout and was able to have one installed for 1500.00. I would never recommend this company.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Home warranty made me use them. After delaying a day they said they would arrive within a window.

I took the day off of work only for them to miss said window. Then, without going under the house to inspect a leak (as verified by myself and 2 other plumbers) told me I did not have a leak. They suggested I add another clean out installed which they were happy to overcharge me for.

Complete waste of time and terrible customer service. If your warranty suggests you use them I recommend you say no.

Do not recommend them. There was a leak in my living room, whole carpet was wet. Home warranty sent them on a saturday and the person who inspected mentioned that the leak is not from the fresh water as the meter is not moving. He suggested that someone will come on Thursday ( 5 days later) to do a leak inspection. When I called on thursday - their office answered the phone and mentioned that the case is closed as we did not find a leak and they updated the home warranty company. I was furious but the lady on the phone kept on insisting that the notes say ' the case is closed and did not find a leak'. She was not willing to help me in any way other than asking me to deal with my home warranty.
I have to reopen the case with HW, leak is from the fresh water pipe and by the time I resolved the issue, the carpet is completely damaged and I have to replace it.

I've waited for a week for a gas leak detection.. they send me Ed..he had no knowledge or experience nor the company has the equipment to detect the leak..I am extremely upset and disappointed...this company has no knowledge or experience stay away from them.

We recently had some work done by Arsenal plumbing (referred through our home insurance), and both people who worked on our house were great. Rudy especially was super quick, professional and personable. He also cleaned everything up when he was done - the under sink area, the floors, etc - which is always appreciated. Would recommend.

Recent home warranty Claim delivered Arsenal plumbing to the house. Due to the Complicated matter which led the plumber to conclude he need donor parts from another bathroom inside the house to which he will return and repair.
And that's when the complication begins. Not only did I have to call them numerously and get the home warranty company to contact them in order to come back and finish the donor bathroom. Upon inspection after the fact i realized that they did not finish the repair. Upon following up with them and then the home warranty company they lied up-and-down about what transpired and what they did and what they have to do in order to fix it. They couldn'Figure out their own Web of lies to try to get out of this mess that they put themselves into.
I had to contact the home warranty company and supply paper proof and receipts in order to prove my points and get them to send me a second plumbing company to come and fix these guys botched job.
If you're unfortunate enough to have to deal with these guys especially knowing what I know now ask your home warranty company or whatever your source for any other company to come fix or help whatever it is that troubles you rather than these guys who just leave you with frustration, headaches and unnecessary stress, And as in my case an unfinished plumbing job.

If I could give zero stars as a review I would. These people were so rude, argumentative, unprofessional. They didn't even look at my sink before telling me there was nothing they could do with it. The technician argued about where he was when he wasn't at my house. I was standing outside waiting for him and he called to tell me I wasn't home. I had to walk around the neighborhood looking for him.

Do not use these people. If your home warranty tell you to use them for an issue tell them they are horrible and they need to give you someone else.

Arsenal plumbing is the worst. I was referred to them by a family member when my sewage line was clogged and I had sewage water coming up from both my shower and tub. They came out and after walking around my property and looking for a sewer outlet, declared, there was not one, but that was ok, that they would remove one of the toilets and clean out the line that way. They did just that and told me the problem was fixed and charged me $280.00. I though it was a bit pricey, but was happy not to smell sewage in my house. Not a week later, came home to find the same problem, but now the toilets were overflowing. It was 6 p.m. and I called Arsenal in panic, only to be told that they were closed and they did not have a schedule for the following day and could not guarantee that they would have time to come back. I was so frustrated, that I called another company (Charlie's plumbing). They came out promptly at 8 am the following day and immediately found outlet and fixed the problem. When I told them, that Arsenal removed the toilet, they were shocked. because apparently, you can not clean out the line properly and it will happen again. I can not believe that Arsenal is still in business. Stay away from Arsenal, unless you want to be ripped off and treated like garbage.
