Friday morning joy of a stopped kitchen drain! Kevin from Arsenal Plumbing was recommended by our regular plumber who was out of town. Kevin responded to the house within 15 minutes and cleared it in no time.

We noticed a wet spot on our garage wall, which is behind our water heater. My husband could see a drip after cutting drywall from inside. A friend had recommended Arsenal Plumbing so I texted him. He said he could not come until Tuesday. I took picture and he talked to my husband. He came out on a Saturday within the hour. He was able to fix the leak and no more damage. I am a property manager of 7 apartment buildings that were built in 1960 with cast iron plumbing. Due to this, we have quite a bit of plumbing issues and Kevin is our go-to guy for the last 5 years! He is trustworthy, very detailed in his work, and reasonably priced. He does whatever he needs to do in order to get the job completed, including squeezing himself in super small spaces or stay as late as he needs to. Horrible work ethic! Zero costumer service. Never once on time to the appointments. Kevin does not like he's job and it shows. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! Don't waste your time do not bother with this company. He's 15min late then gives an attitude. Doesn't explain the work that is going to be done nor how to prevent further issues. Always seems to be in a bad mood.

Arsenal Plumbing is the best. We've had Kevin come out to our house several times and have always been able to count on him for great work at a great price. He has replaced part of our main water line underground, cleared our shower drains and replaced bath fixtures, and tonight he capped a broken copper pipe and installed a new spigot for an outdoor hose.

The quotes he's given have always been much lower than other companies. Would highly recommend Arsenal for any and all plumbing jobs!

We had water leaking from our yard out onto our sidewalk. Kevin came the same day I called to check it out and was able to quickly figure out the general area the leak was coming from. He returned the next day and ran new pipe under our sidewalk and had the job done within only a few hours. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very reasonable in his pricing. I really appreciated him fixing our leak and lowering our water bill as well!

Have had Kevin out to my place a couple of times now. First he fixed a leaking pipe in my kitchen. Service was fast and professional.

Just now he helped me find and stop the reason for my spinning water meter, which was stressing me out after the leaking kitchen pipe, also because of the already high water rates in santee. Again, he was quick and professional and very thorough while attempting to find the source of the problem.
