In the basement of their brother's residence in Brookline, MA, Rich and Stan Piltch launched ARS. Their start was as a painting and cleaning company, with their mother as the only other staff member. The Newton location of ARS was launched in 1996.

Rich and his brother were driven to assist those in need when they began their venture. Rich remains actively engaged in daily operations. Rich connects with clients, builds relationships, and motivates his team to function cohesively.
