Do not use this company. Unprofessional and they do not stand behind their work. They give plumbers a bad name.

Had an issue with a plumbing problem (this was after spending over $800 with this plumbing company on the same issue 4 days prior). After receiving a call from the dispatcher that the plumber was on the way, the plumber called my manager directly and begin to negotiate a new service and fee. Since she wouldn't negotiate with them, they didn't show up.

Had appointment for noon, here it is 8:09 pm not a call from tech or from the company. Have called them many times and have been told 5 times a technician will be contacting me, still nothing. This is to repair a leaking water line that they repaired 3 months ago. Is leaking from the solder they put in. Terrible customer service will probably have to fix myself and just take the loss on the 500 dollars they charged me to fix it originally. Do not hire this company. Ok update, tech finally showed up said the original tech has to come out and fix for the warranty. They are commission based and he wouldn't get paid so now I have to hope the other tech can make it to honor the warranty. So I'm stuck with no water and no clear understanding if my repair will ever be done.

I have one clogged drain. Simple, clogged with hair and need to get it unclogged and snaked. I found 99 dollar snake service from ARS. I called, they came out and quoted me 400.00 I said what about the 99 dollars the plumber said that is what everyone asks?!!! Well then he said some BS about having to scope it. I said ummmm no thank you. It's a clogged drain that needs the 99 unclogged service not 400.00. Such a ripoff and not true to their advertising.

Update. We called a local plumber that came out and fixed the same problem we were quoted $351 for $160. A charge that include parts and labor. The $351 ARS wanted to charge was just for labor. I stick by my one rating.

Never hire these guys!. Possibly the worst I have worked with. They charged $240 for a leak they did not locate. Their quote to reroute the pipeline was a joke. They quoted me a $8K for it. Most unethical

They were our first quote. The tech said "believe me" a few too may times, so we got another quote. Glad we did because saved us $$.

I need to qualify that I did not hire them so I cannot speak for the quality of their work but I had a backed up drain two days ago. They showed up fairly quickly when other plumbers were giving a 2-3 day wait time which was nice. I was told "To even take the Plumbers Snake out of the van, it would cost $260". I stopped there...rented one myself for $90 and fixed the issue. (You can buy one new for around that price.) Seems a bit excessive but maybe that's an industry standard.

I wanted my new dishwasher installed by Loew's. I needed a hot water shutoff valve installed. My regular Plummer was booked so I called THIS company. BIG MISTAKE. The plumber who said he was the best in Dallas, quoted a price of $1,330.00. The expert said that that I didn't have a hot water pipe. If he just looked under the dishwasher or pulled it out the EXPERT would have found it. He pushed me 3 times to start the work. I had to close the door on him. NEVER AGAIN! BTW it cost $132.00 to have it done. I should have read their reviews first.

Guys are a ripoff. Wanted $300+ to twist off a pipe and twist on a new one. Told them I already had quotes around $75, and he offered 20% off the $300+... thanks ha!

I used ARS for basically the same problem (through no fault of their own -- user error). Once again, the same young man came out (Joshua), and he was fast, friendly and professional. If it weren't for the less than awesome people on the phone, it would be a five-star rating. You really can't beat having them come out the same day and fix the problem. I did call others, no one would come on the same day.
