I hate to give 1 star, but I can't write a review out it...
PLEASE LISTEN AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are unprofessional, the work is horrible, the techs don't have a clue what they're doing and they install systems with totally incompatible parts. I bought a brand new system 2021 and been having issues since. THE LEFT ALL THEOR SHIT, LIKE LOOSE WIRES EVERYWHERE; and whatever else they used to install; we called them back to clean the shit up!
I bought in the spring, the system broke down when it was time to turn on the air conditioner. They do not answer the phones and has poor customer service!
I want this system removed and taken out of my house. It's nothing but junk and installed improperly, if there's any issues with fires as such, please check the HVAC system for default.
WORST COMPANY EVER

My experience was not a good one. I paid over 9K for a new unit and I was told everything with my AC issues would be fixed. Brian Malancuk ensured me everything would be working properly. That was false information. After they installed the new unit I had to change the filters. All of the filters were dirty except one looked brand new. I told Brian there isn't any air flowing in or out of that vent. He went upstairs & noticed that the box was not connected so no airflow was going in or out to my baby's room and my guest bedroom. He said the techs must've missed this so he will comeback with a tech or he'll do it himself. That was a lie because he stopped communicating with me & never came back!! It's terrible spending so much money with a company just to feel taken advantage of. I literally have him on my doorbell camera saying the other tech would come over later & fix it. These are the type of companies to avoid because after the sale is finally they don't care. The tech that came before him (Jorge) was nice, so I don't want to blame the company as a whole but Brian lies to customers & that doesn't reflect good on ARS. I recommend shopping with someone more honest.

They are the worst company Ever. I will paint the picture for how they move so you can be aware. They have a telemarketer or some other ones call you and lie to make it look like you need a yearly maintenance checkup on your AC unit.
Bial or Bio the salesman playing like a AC guy comes play like a supervisor and go in your Air Handler and pop your wiring or disconnect in some way and check your compressor and come back and tell you that you should change both units. That will be $16,000. You ain't no fool so you listen and know you just need him to leave because we not buying nothing because everything working.
However, now everything is flickering, can't open washer, ect. Then they send Steve the nice guy who I actually like to butter you up and see your lights flickering and washer locked and tell you your problem only $300. Now we went from a $16000 worth of work being done to $300.
Still they send Kenneth Dicky the top of the line electrician to come in and say I can't open your washer and nothing wrong with your lights and sorry we can come back and check again. Please I repeat, DONT EVER LISTEN OR DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY because you will pay somebody to fix your things once they have entered your home. This is my experience with ARS. I can't make this up. I'm so serious. They are professional bullshitters.
No star review on my end...

Filled out an online service request. Got an immediate call from dispatch to schedule service call. Discussed problem and was told we could use the $83 coupon to get our sink unplugged. Serviceman just left after being quoted $367 for the job. $83 is for outside line, the dispatchers really don't know anything. We refused service and called someone else.

Jordon from ARS called today. They were very unhappy to hear of the problems I had. They are going to make it right by doing several things for me including a free winter check up! Thank you so much ARS for caring about your customers!

They are not good . I called them 12 in the afternoon that my water heater is out and I am scared because it is making noises they gave me slot from 2 to 6 nobody came and no one called I called them 3 times and they said they will me back no one did then they called me around 6.41 to let me know they cannot send anyone out thier today because the technician is busy . So I said your technician should have let or you guys know before so we could have someone else . But that Christi she was very very rude and stated I cannot send anyone today and I want she can schedule some one for tomorrow but she not nice qt all . I will never use them . Bad customer service on phone and very irresponsible company . My advise never go to them

Fast to sell you an over priced system no matter how much they discount it. Then they do a poor installation and leave lots of debris behind. The installers damaged and marked walls in the surrounding areas. Customer service could not find any supervisors or managers available to address the issues. Finally spoke to an HVAC Mgr and a supervisor was dispatched to assess while I wasn't at home. No one called me back to give me an update or status. After 4pm again no one is available to take my call.
Thousands of dollars later still an unsatisfied ARS member.

Honestly I don't write reviews but after trying to get a quote for a new AC unit and getting a horrible tech, I had to write one. I had one of their techs by the name Christopher Burks come and look at my unit since meeting him I got a weird vibe and I wasn't mistaken. He was very aggressive and condescending since he introduced himself. He was trying to push for a sale very aggressively and was turning red and mad when I told him that I had to think about it although I only told him that because before trying to close the deal he was like how do you know you need an ac unit which I told him I had done my research and I wasn't stupid. He kept saying that I didn't even know if I qualified for a new ac unit and that I had to run my credit. I kept insisting that I know my credit is good. I stay on top of it almost everyday and hence how I bought my house. I had to tell him to leave my house three times and he didn't. I also asked him for a customer service number but didn't provide one and kept walking so I looked up the number online and decided to post this as well.

While some employees seem honest & competent, many, by experience, are only aiming for an up charge and have been honest about how they are paid & have the nerve to apply pressure based on what they will be compensated if customer moves forward during home visit. Talk about a nightmare situation. I suggest investing in remarkable customer service above all else. Twice ARS has come to suggest what is 'wrong'. With doubt, I have twice called another company and was given a different assessment. I've then called ARS back to convey competitor assessment and they've sent a different ARS employee who bad mouthed the previous. Obvious internal conflict within this organization & by investing my time in this review, I'm simply hoping to warn future prospective clients. Please be aware... distrust built quickly for this organization. Shame because I replaced my AC through them.

In the middle of the 105 Houston summer, my office A/C went out. My regular A/C guy was booked for a week and they suggested I contact ARS since they would probably be able to come out that same day. I contacted ARS and set up an appointment in just a few hours. That appointment time came and went and 4 hours after that I contacted ARS to find out where they were. The answering service told me "I'm sorry. We'll have to reschedule for tomorrow." An appointment was made from between 9:00am and 1:00pm. Another no show and not even a courtesy call. I called again and they said they'd be out at 2:00. At 3:30 they showed. The young man, (obviously not many years under his belt), took the A/C apart and told me my system was so old that IF he could find a part, the warranty would only be for 30 days. So he presented 2 additional options for new systems, $13,000 and $16,000. I told him I needed to think about it and I'd be in touch. He gave be a bill for $109 service fee that I had to pay right then. In the meantime my regular A/C guy called and made a stop the following morning. He was at my office at 7:45, replaced one small part that immediately started cooling the building, and was driving away before 8:30. His bill arrived in a few days for a whopping $250.
I called ARS that day asking for a refund - that was August 30. I was promised a return call that day. As of yesterday, September 15 I still had no call, and I was calling them at least once a day. Late last night I get an email apologizing saying they just got the message yesterday. They also said they were refunding the fee but it could take 3-4 weeks to process the check. It was a disgusting transaction from start to finish. Lies, lies, and more lies. No one wants to do business with people like that. If I could give negative stars I would!
