the service guy didnt check the part i purchased at lowes.
he took everything apart. after the fact he realized that was the wrong part. the size was not comparable with the toilet tank.
he said RETURN IT lowes they might take it back. also he didnt have the right size of part to install. he left without repairing my toilet. after a week i recieved a bill for $ 189.00! since rescue rooter sent a collection agency letter.
shame on this " business" they need to be reported to bbb. highly overpriced and questionable qualified. if i could i would take all stars away from them.

Definitely not the greatest customer service I've experienced. Scheduled a service for new ac units installed 3 weeks ago. Just not cooling parts of the home that were cooling down fine before the new units were put in. Service was scheduled for 9am to 1pm window. Received a call at 130 pm saying they're running late (like I didn't notice). They also said we were next on the schedule. I told them that I needed them here before 3pm since I had to leave by 415pm. At 15 minutes to 3pm I called for an estimated time and was told that they could not get a guy there in the next 12 minutes. Could I reschedule for the next day? I was a little ticked and did lose my cool. I asked why I have to sleep in a hot room since they could not seem to keep a damn schedule. He was upset with me as much as I was with them. He then informed me that he didn't care if I slept in a hot room and they will call me in the morning and hung up. I am guilty of the escalation in the rudeness but if they had been on time it would never have happened.

I take care of my 87-year-old grandfather. Everything in his home has been renovated or is new, including his air conditioning unit. He had it replaced approximately 2 years ago and paid well over $16,000. Tonight, we noticed his air stopped blowing cool. Well, in the Texas heat, paired with a bad heart, that's not good, so we knew we had to get help immediately. The rep that answered the phone, Peyton or Payton, was extremely rude and condescending. After I explained the situation, she jokingly repeated: "welllll the best I can do is schedule you for Wednesday". I informed her once again (and yes, by this time, I was yelling), how bad his heart is, and asked could she connect me with a supervisor or provide some type of resolution other than "Wednesday". She left me on hold for 11 minutes, which is crazy if no one is available, right? I asked her for a supervisor's contact information and she told me it was against policy to give that out. Since when? I work in corporate and I am always ready and willing to go above and beyond - but apparently these rules do not apply to ARS. Highly disappointing, and I'll be sure to take the necessary measures to help my own grandfather and to make sure no one else dear to me opts for this service.

I needed and requested a roto rooter of my main line of 200 feet. ARS ran a hydro jet 150 feet. Not what I wanted and still the line isn't fully clear. Don't waste your money and time on this company. Call a local recommended plumber.

Horrible overpriced company. If i could give NO STARS, i would. Only good thing i say is they arrived on time. If you get a Tech named David BEWARE!!!. horrible communication and no knowledge of what he's doing. Had an outside leak, he suppose in investigate problem and inform me. I go in the house and he drives off. Call company and he tells company i have a broken sprinkler system. RED FLAG: I don't have a sprinkler system in my yard. Company apologized saying there was a miscommunication. Theres no miscommunication when the worker doesn't communicate or confirm anything with the customer.

Rude salesman with sleezy sales tactics. They are a complete waste of time.

Called to schedule an appointment and the day of the appointment they called and said that they have to reschedule so he scheduled for the next day they called and said the plumbers on the way and they never showed never heard from them so I wouldn't use this plumber if you're expecting someone to actually show up

ARS service truck ran into my parked vehicle and took off. I had to chase the truck to get photos of the license plate. He never did stop. Not even at stop signs in a residential neighborhood. Took off on the freeway weaving through cars to lose me. I called ARS twice and no calls have been returned. ARS refused to provide me with insurance info to file a claim.

This place is a complete waste of time. We called for service for a clogged drain they said sure we will be there tomorrow am between 9 and 11. They never showed up or even called, we called back to cancel and they apologized then we rescheduled for the day after Christmas. They never showed again when we called they said they had the zip wrong. We wasted three days waiting on them. Now here is the worst part. They advertise a $69.00 drain clean out then show up and quote $259.00 for the first hour plus additional 100 for each hour after that. We told them to hit the road. I'll pay a local plumber an honest wage to come out and clear the line. NEVER USE THESE CROOKS!!!!

I called ARS to see if they offered free estimates to replace a hot water heater, the guy on the phone says yes. I scheduled an appointment for today for a tech to come out. They said that someone would be there between 2pm - 6pm. Around 9:30 this morning I receive a text confirming my appointment between said times. The text said someone would call 30-45 minutes before the tech would arrive. Fast forward to 5:40pm, guy calls and ask if I still wanted the tech to come out? I asked how long it would take him to get here, and he said the tech would probably be late because of traffic and he was coming from across town. Then asked if I wanted to reschedule till tomorrow Christmas Eve, because it was a regular work day for them. I saw a lot of negative reviews about there customer service, but figured I would give them a try. NOPE, you may have gotten my time, but your not getting my money.
