Marcus arrived within the time window and was very polite, he always put "footies" on before entering the home. He unclogged the lines and did the job he was supposed to be very quickly.

We were going to purchase a home filtration system, radiant barrier and 1 mitsubishi ductless AC unit. ARS wasted my morning. They didn't show up at quoted time so we canceled. Guess we'll give the business to someone else. Punctuality matters.

Never showed up for appointment. Scheduled for 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Nobody showed by 3:00. Called few times, and was told technician on the way every time. By 6:00 pm still no one came. Try to call office and is was closed. Total disappointment and frustration.

Curtis and Chad came out on a Sunday after the plumbing in my whole house was backing up, and I had 8 house guests with more company coming that afternoon. They said one of the worst clogs they had seen, but they kept working until everything was draining properly again! Thank you both for saving my weekend and family get together!

I had a water emergency, and Jessie responded promptly, was here within the hour. He analyzed the problem, explained it to me, and gave me a written price quote upfront. He had to replace a piece of pipe leading to the circulation pump on my water heater. He even analyzed a problem I've been having with my garbage disposal & advised me that would be more cost-effective handled through my homeowner's warranty. All this in about 2 hours, I paid $340 and consider that a bargain.
Note to ARS: It is not necessary to make your technicians wear long sleeves to cover their arm tattoos unless the tattoos are offensive. I noticed Jessie suffering in the attic heat & asked him why he wasn't wearing a short sleeve shirt. He never complained, just said this is your company policy. I hated to see him suffering in the heat, fixing my problem.

We have used this company 3 or 4 times in a 3 or 4 year period. On October 27, 2014 we paid $208 for a main sewer line clean out because of a backup. The service man gave us a verbal warranty of 1 week, any problems within 1 week and they would provide said service again with no charge. The problem is, he wrote no warranty on receipt and since we had used them before did not notice until we needed service for the same problem on November 3. They did not honor verbal warranty. Check your receipts carefully for this very deceptive practice!

Came out on Sunday and cleared both restrooms but didn't check other drain lines like most plumbers so I used the washing machine thinking it was safe, but no! Now I have a wet mildew smelling carpet and about to pay another $88 thanks to coupon for it!!!

BEWARE!!! Never accept the first price they quote to you. We needed shutoff valves replaced in an older home. They quoted us almost $550 for a 1/2 hour of work. We passed and told them no thanks. They then called a supervisor to get a "rock bottom" price. They came back at almost half the original price. (Still way overpriced)
I don't mind a company making a profit, but to blatantly rip off people is just wrong!
I just won't do business with a company that treats people this way.

On Saturday morning I called Rescue Rooter to schedule an appointment. I explained the cleanup on this toilet was on top of the roof through a vent. The appointment was scheduled for Sunday. On Sunday the first tech came to our house and said he did not have the equipment to do the job. Then, the second tech came out around noon and told us it was not company policy to clean out from the roof, so the charge would be $308 (twice as much as through the roof to do the cleanout). Since now it is noon on Sunday we really don't have much recourse but to go ahead and use ARS as it is too late to get someone else. We agree to the charge and the guy that came out said well, before I rooter the sewer line I want to run my camera to see what's going on. He runs his camera down the line, sees a soft clog and clears it with the camera line. He never had to run his rooter down the line, did less than 30 min of work and still charged us the $308 (minus $30 for a senior discount). When I asked if he would charge less because he did less work (as in never having to roto root the line) he said "well, I cleared your line didn't I?" DO NOT use this company! Find someone else!!!

Had them sent out to fix a tankless water heater through a home warranty. They made 3 trips total and each time the technician seemed like he had no idea what the problem was or how to fix it. On his last visit he ultimate determination was that we would have to settle for the unit to perform less than it could and as he left all he would say was "good luck with it". A day later it stopped making hot water and they were scheduled to come out again today "Christmas Eve" and fix the problem. They called me at 9 am to inform me that the technician would not be coming out and he had already called the home warranty people to inform them he could not fix the problem. Now I am waiting to get someone else out or I have no hot water for Christmas and a 9+ month pregnant wife. I will never use them again!
