Whatever you do DON'T HIRE THEM. My outdoor faucet where you use for your water hose, well that broke off and had to be replace they sent a tech out he replace it and also broke the pipe to my main water line. Next morning I called and I told them it's leaking you would think that I would be place in front of the line, cause water is running not with ARS so 2nd tech came out (now mind you water is coming out but he for some reason doesn't see, Next morning I called asked not to be put on the bottom list I have water running. ARS refuse to accept responsibility of breaking the main water line pipe. Guess what they did do they wrote up a ticket saying we can fix it for $758 dollars like I am gonna trust this crooked company, guess what called and got the pipe fixed for $150. I hate this company they are full of liars and cheaters

Yes, I called ARS plumbing on Saturday morning and they did came quickly. I was very satisfied with the work that Mr.Joliana did, I have a clogged up toilet and clogged up sink in the master bathroom and didn't took him very long to fix everything. I will sure recommend him to friends and family, will definitely used their service again

I rarely ever feel the need to write a negative review for a company online, in fact this is my first one. However, on this past Sunday (3/15) I received the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I had an appointment with Rescue Rooter and was given a time frame of service between 10:00 AM & 2:00 PM. At 12:59 I was given a courtesy call notifying me that they were running late and would arrive closer to 2:30/3:00. At that time, I gave them details to which building they should pull up next to and the gate code. Sunday is a very busy day for business, therefore I was dealing with a client at the time of there next call(1:55 & 1:57). I called them back at 2:03, where Crystal abruptly told me that they were "forced to move the technician out of the area due to lack of contact". While, I understand the need to try to keep a schedule, I would expect more than a 7-minute grace period to return a phone call. Especially, when I had already confirmed the appointment twice with the company that day ( even when they notified that they were running LATE). Crystal was unpleasant and discourteous to a shocking degree. Do NOT recommend this company!

Hello! Let me just say I have an older home and had to redo the plumbing for my laundry to connect to the main sewer line. After getting bids and comparing between 2 different plumbing companies-Belue and Schrader, ARS price was $2000-$2500 cheaper. I was skeptical of course but they had never let me down and anytime they had came out before they were always straight shooters. The bid came with the camera work to find the main drain. The other companies charged extra for this. The only thing I had to do in addition is call a mason to repair the brick which cost about $300. I haven't priced the cost to repair the sheet rock yet. Overall I can say I'm very impressed. These guys are great! Thank you Dale, Marcus, and the team for doing a great job. The job was completed in 2 days with inspection and dirt filled back in. They also offer financing too which also helped. Cost for the job came out to $5300.

My appointment was scheduled for 10:00am on Saturday. When Saturday rolled around and it was 11:00am and no one showed up or called I decided to call them. I was told my appointment was scheduled with their after hours answering service and I actually had a 10:00-2:00 window. Fine, no big deal. 2:00 rolled around and still no one showed or called. Finally at 5:00 I received a call and they apologized. They were stuck on a job and wanted to reschedule for Sunday from 10:00-2:00. I was annoyed but agreed. On Sunday the SAME THING happened. I sat around from 10:00-2:00 and no one showed up OR called. I finally got a call at 5:00 and they wanted to reschedule for Monday and offered $50 off for the inconvenience. Yeah right! Why would I want to take time off work for them to not show up a 3rd time?!

Charged an additional $66 on top of the $99 main line cleaning to reattach the sink elbow (30 second job) that was removed to clean clogged sink. Plumber took advantage of my wife's knowledge of not knowing how to install it correctly. Will never call or recommend this company to anyone.

I am. Land lord and do work on most of my houses myself. I was stuck out of town and we needed a plumber so we called AMS. They came out 2 separate occasions on the same day for the same issue. It must have been a slow day because my tenant said 3 people showed up. Looking at the invoice it clearly states they planned on doing a service which costs 340 dollars but it also says the service was not completed due to their inability to find the entry location for the procedure. They still sent me a bill for 340 dollars. The second time they came out that day to fix the issue they gave me an 11000 dollar estimate which I firmly rejected. I called another plumber the next morning and the issue was resolved for 98 dollars. This company is a joke and I plan on calling the BBB right after I post this. Have a great day but please dont use this company.

If money is no object, you can use these guys but if you want a fine service at a fair price don't call them. We called them to my moms house last week. The service was to replace the fill valve, a $6 part. The charge was over $400. But I couldn't leave my mom, who suffers from dementia, without a flushing toilet. They take advantage of unskilled homeowners. It's a ripoff.

This company overcharged me for attempting to fix my plumbing. Initially, they advised me they could attempt a reroute of my hot water line to remedy a slab-leak. If unable to reroute, they could dig through slab in living room I was told. When they found they could not reroute, they advised the only true option was to tunnel underground for almost $10,000. They argued digging in my living room was not recommended and thus steered me away from this cheaper option. Next day they advised me they spoke to my insurance and told me insurance would help pay for the $10,000 tunnel. This was not true as my adjuster advised early on they would not pay. My insurance adjuster advised me that ARS was simply trying to do a $10,000 job and I should find another plumber. I did and they completed the job for $2200. I had a total of 3 other plumbers check my home and was told a reroute was never possible due to my vaulted ceilings. ARS attempted this reroute anyway and charged me $1200. That's $1200 wasted on nothing. The explanation from the ARS salesman was that while attempting reroute, they pulled water heater and lines from the walls. Therefore, they had to charge me. What a waste. I recommend Elite Plumbing. They did not touch my water heater or walls and went straight to the source for way cheaper. Lastly, I left a negative review on Facebook and received a response from ARS advising they wanted to review this situation with me for satisfaction and requested contact info. They never once contacted me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My 86 year old mother had a clogged toilet and called ARS two weeks ago. The plumber came/ran a snake/ fixed the clog in minutes. Told her that we had a poor quality toilet but this had a 30 day guarantee. Toilet clogged again this weekend and he came back out today. Said it was a 24 hr guarantee/tree roots in the drain/couldn't unclog/would send a technician. At an additional $100 cost. So...... two visits/same guy/ two different stories/$200 and still have a clogged toilet!!!!!!!!!!! I will never use them again and I will tell EVERYONE I can not to use them either.
