My mother needed her drain cleaned. Something she has done every year or so. I saw the advertisement for this company offering a $88.00 drain clean service. Well that is what they use to get you to hire them. Once they are there, they tell you you they need to use difference chemicals, etc and the charge ended up being $219.00.
False advertising. They need to state starting at $88.00 and up. Would not use them again. I wanted to post this review so anyone else doesn't get suckered in on this company with false expectations.

Absolutely pleased with our plumber Jeremy tonight. We had an urgent issue where the sewer drain to the street was backing up into the house. I called, they came out after hours and cleared the clog. Excellent customer service and excellent price. Great job.

Called and they were out the next day within the window they said they'd be here. A nice gentlemen named Brent took care of the clog and put everything back as it was. More importantly he had a talk with my wife about what does and doesn't go down the squeezer. Took a man in a uniform to tell her cause husband is always wrong... Will call them again if needed but hopefully won't.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I had to take a 1/2 day off from work bc they said they would be at my house btwn 3-7. They call at 4 and say they arent coming. I will never use this business again, and I will never recommend them. They are liars and dont care about the disservice they do to potential customers. STAY AWAY!

NEVER hire these people!!! I paid them to find a possible sewer break. They told me they did a camera inspection and found a break and recommended a specialist come out to check it out further and give me a bid for repair. He called before I could get there and said he already was there and didn't find a problem. Several months later, after selling the house, the problem reared its head. New owner sues me for not disclosing a problem THAT I WAS TOLD DID NOT EXIST. ARS comes out and says "yep they have been there and its the same problem they found before. Obviously the guy who said there was no problem made an error. After much time, expense and legal aggravation, ARS will not stand behind their initial wrong diagnosis, and have ignored all calls and attempts to make it right. They even admitted that the guy may not have ever been there in the first place! THEN THEY HAD THE NERVE TO OVERCHARGE THE NEW OWNER THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS that could have been avoided if the initial repair had been diagnosed and repaired in the first place. I have reported them to the State Plumbing Board and I have been informed that they are constantly under investigation for various licensing and practices violations. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!

I did my research. Luckily, I found this corporation who fortunately sent Scott. He was fast in his response, capable in his skill set, knowledgable and upfront with future issues which we might have. More than I could've asked for. Pricing is reasonable for this area. I am one of *those people who research, create public awareness and stand for ethical businesses. Trust. -V.

The plumbing was backing up in the house on a Saturday night, ARS came out at 12:30a.m. The technician Daniel, had to come back out Sunday morning, they fixed the problem the best they could, we still need to contact the city but we can us the bathroom. We will use ARS if we need it in the future, they are polite, courteous, came when they said they would and very reasonable.

I have used Rescue Rooter before for a normal rooting, but had never used them for major sewer line repair. I gave them a chance and was very disappointed. I got an estimate for line repair on Thursday, called them on Monday, agreed to the deal and after 2 more "add-ons", I gave up. They have all the equipment, they should do a better job of determining the amount of work up front.

I have an older home without a normal cleanout, so when my drain started backing up I was apprehensive about finding a plumber that wouldn't charge me an arm and a leg to pull the toilet to snake the drain. I had called a different company that didn't show up to their appointment, and as the drain got worse, we had to just give in and call someone before it turned into a very expensive problem.

I found this website and knew I'd seen their vans around, so I went ahead and filled out their online contact form on Sunday night. First thing Monday morning, I had a call from them to get it scheduled. The lady on the phone was very empathetic and said she'd get me in for the 9-11am slot. It wasn't but 5 minutes later that they called me (before 9am) to tell me the plumber was on his way. He arrived and inspected the house to see where the clog could be. He called me with options since I wasn't able to be there and got right to work. Like any good employee, he offered several additional services over the phone, but was super cool about it when I declined them all. His name was Marcus and my mom said he was so good with my 2 year old son, who was probably under his nose the whole time. He even used a camera which we've never had someone do (we've had to do this about 5x before) to show us the condition of the pipes and the cause of the backup.

We will definitely call this company for all of our plumbing needs!
