We just spent 8k$ on a unit and within 2 weeks it has already went out. Obviously we still have a warranty, but these guys are doing everything in their power NOT to repair it. I've missed 2 days of work at this point to stay in this hot house and wait for these guys to get it running. 2 separate workers came and said THE SAME EXACT THING, but again, did not have the equipment to get the job done. This took 8 hours for them to tell me we needed a new compressor (For the second time) with ZERO results. The last tech, Robert told me that he knew how hot it was and he would be back first thing in the morning. I then took another day off and had to call when I noticed no one was coming in the morning. They then told us it wasn't scheduled til 5pm to come over and repair the new unit. It has been over 100 degrees outside and these guys have no empathy. The tech, Robert also had mentioned that the techs that originally installed the unit did not do it properly and that he felt it was them that should fix the problem, not him. Big regrets choosing this company

Wow, wish i had loomed at their yelp review before i called them. I am furious with this company. I had an emergency plumbing situation, and scheduled something from 8-12am the following morning. They called in the morning saying they were on the way. Then they said they were running late. Then they called saying they would be here in the afternoon. I called at 430 and they said they couldn't make it today. I told them it was an emergency and they said they would come later in the evening. Then i called their office to make sure someone would actually come because it was an *emergency* they had me wait on hold and them told me they woild not be coming and would i like to reschedule? I could have had someome 8 hours ago if they had just told me! So mad!

We use to love ARS and recommended. Now am finding them to very overpriced. Called them Aug 8 since my 3yr old system they put in was not shutting off. Come to find out my coils are leaking and it is an issue with Lennox coils. They put in new evaporator coil ( but$ 1300 in labor) .....here is where the problem starts!! My AC ran and ran and ran at our normal set temp of 76. After 3 hours we turned it off..BTW thermostat said it was 76 all during the 3 hours. We raise it to 77....still runs. At 78/79 it will turn on and off, but short cycle. We call ARS and let them know. They send a tech who was clueless and his solution was to just set it to 78/79 problem solved. UM NO! Next guy, who comes on a sunday, says maybe a new thermostat. It will be in the next day he says. So a different tech comes in and we explain situation and he said he thinks thermostat too. I asked didn't you bring it since the guy yesterday ordered one. No, I didn't get that message. Ok, another day passes and the original guy comes and puts in thermostat. Ac is still running very long cycles without shutting off and short cycles with 2 min breaks to rest. I am very fearful of my electric bill! We call them again and supposedly we are being sent a senior field tech who specializes in Lennox. He doesn't have a definite answer of our problem and made some changes to lower our cfm and release some freon and said he would check back Friday. Well, here we are Aug 19 and nothing resolved. We have lived in our house 15 yrs and had this system for 3 and had no issues until this new evaporator unit was put in. They are trying to tell us the ductwork and our insulation is bad....um no, talk to the hand because have NEVER had an issue. I am so frustrated...thankfully, no service charge but I have had to stay at home for the past 10 days because never a set time for them to show.

BUYER BEWARE.Listen to these reviews y'all.These people are legit scam artist.I am not lying and will prey on you.Do not ,I repeat do not let these people sell you ANYTHING.They rip you off,especially a water heater.I got lied to.I was told and paid all this additional money to bring my house up to code and to get the "needed permit".Then once done,I ask about the permit and when the people are coming out to inspect.I was told I would get a call back.I waited a few days and then I have to call and find out a permit is not needed?What I'm confused? So y'all added a permit into my pricing along with all these extra upgrades to be up to code and I didn't need it.and why don't I need it anymore? So what if I didn't call back,y'all out out here just pocketing peoples funds ,and not issuing refunds if they don't call back? Is that why y'all don't give an itemized receipt.Come on now..do better and have better morals .I don't even know if they installed all the upgrades and I am having that checked out.Also that was the least of my problems ,trust me .They are lucky that is all I added in this review.Do not have time for anymore of there nonsense and Sad because the lady in customer relations seems like a nice lady but working for liars and a bad company.

After using ARS for almost 20 years I am done. Never use them again. I made a plumbing appointment for this morning between 9-1. It's now 2:30 and no plumber. Poor customer service.

These people are liars.
They let us know that they would give a free estimate and when it came time to arrive, they wanted to charge a $109 fee.
Grace, the supervisor was unprofessional and unwilling to work with us.
STAY AWAY. This is a bait and switch operation and unless you want to get burned, RUN.

Grace, specifically was asked to transfer to a supervisor to come to a resolution to which she hung up the phone.

My AC was having issues stay cold on a Sunday night, called ars on Monday, they came out and replaced the capacitor, still not working, tech said the issue could be the compressor or the coils, determined there was 3 to 4 pounds of Freon needed, said he would need to call a comfort specialists, comfort specialists came out and said coil had holes in them, compressor is going out, will need to be replaced, whole unit was replaced for $10, 578 dollars, They have not provided a proper invoice as to why it was replaced. All communications above was verbal. I have called the company 3 times to get them provide proper paper work, called the comfort specialists 3 times, no return calls, I have insurance I need the paper work for. Even went on there website and fill out a survey to complain and for them to call me, still nothing. It has been more than two weeks since I ask for the paper work, my insurance has called them 3 times with no response either. Worst company I have ever worked with.

I called them to get a bid on replacing my AC. They sent out a salesman, not a tech and when I wouldn't immediately commit to his price he was verbally abusive. Honestly the worst experience I've ever had with a company. Go somewhere else for your business.

I called for a simple unclog job. I knew what was needed and that's all it needed. All I needed to know was the cost. Unfortunately, they would not give the price, instead they said it was a mandatory service charge and then a mystery price for the unclug.

They refused to just tell me the damn price. It seems they just want to run up the bill, preying on customer's urgency.
