Miguel and Roberto did an amazing job replacing our ac unit. They were super friendly and fast. I would highly recommend using them for your service needs.

My husband installed our Nest and it started blowing hot air. We called your company to help us figure out what was going on, and a technician was sent out the next day. The tech popped off the unit, did what my husband already did, went into the attic and then popped the unit back on. He then said he couldn't figure it out and another guy couldn't come out until the following day. He then recommended that we put the old unit back on since it had been working fine, so we did.

The second technician said the system wasn't catching and that's why hot air was blowing out. He reinstalled the unit, doing the same thing my husband did, with the exception of plugging in one wire. He then told me that the first guy should have caught that and he wouldn't have had to come out. He then told me, after I had already paid him, that it was an emergency wire that wasn't supposed to be plugged in.

I was scammed. I'm fine paying the service fee, but an additional $150 to not plug in one wire is ridiculous!! We were taken advantage of in this situation. I will never use nor recommend your services again. I will inform all I know about your less than principled practices.

Henry from ARS came to my home to repair my ac unit. He called before he arrived and arrived on time. He was extremely courteous and professional. He explained every step of his evaluation and gave me tips on maintaining my unit so it lasts. His level of service was exceptional in all regards. I will definitely call them again when I need service. 5 stars. Great job!

I have my air conditioner check yearly and have been using ARS for about 6 years. Until recently I thought that pricing was within reason.
This year when the tech came to check it out all of a sudden I had major problems. He said that several things were wrong with my unit. What I thought was going to be a not so expensive check up turned out to cost me roughly $500+.
At the time he was at my house my son happened to call. Told him what was happening and he told me that the techs worked on commission. I was floored. The tech confirmed that he did work on commission.
People please be aware that you may not need everything done to your unit that you are being told.

Unreliable and dispatch is rude. Never showed up the day I took off despite assuring me they would. So despite me calling to confirm and empty reassurances, they didn't show up. No ownership assumed when I called. "You can complain to Home Depot". Used Home Depot who recommended these clowns. Not sure if I'll use Home Depot for air conditioning again.

Have used their services many times. Helped us keep an older unit running and replace with a new system when we needed it. Repair man, Ray, is excellent and very professional. Did feel pressure from the main office phone contact woman as a customer. Phone contact could be more professional.

Called the Corporate Office as they requested. I shared the incident with the Customer Service Rep.. Corporate Office was going to look into the incident and call me back the next day. Needless to say two weeks or more later I called Corporate Office only to hear the local office said they reached out to you and all was resolved. - I do not or would not recommend this company.

ARS advertised repeatedly on CBS Miami for a $19.00 A/C service. I called asked them if it specifically covered cleaning out the safety valve on the air handler (the unit inside an apartment or condo designed to fit in limited space). The scheduler said that is definitely covered. I scheduled a 12-4 window 6 days in advance on a Saturday.

On Saturday I called at 9 am to insure I was on the schedule. The agent confirmed the 12-4 window and informed me when the window began I would be contacted with a better time estimate. At 2:30 p.m. I did not receive a call, so I contacted an agent, who checked with dispatch to learn they are running behind because the technicians got a late start after the morning meeting. I opted to keep my appointment,

At 4:26 pm I received a call from the ARS dispatcher that my window would be an hour. I enthusiastically accepted and reiterated that the safety valve on the air handler was my primary objective. The dispatcher checked with the technician who stated the air handler isn't part of their service. After 4.5 hours of waiting, a unit that is part of installing or servicing A/C in almost any Multiple Dwelling unit an HVAC company might operate is now not included in a simple A/C service. This allowed the technician to get out of a late appointment.

Absolutely useless service. They charged me $1500 for a permit from city of Cedar Park, for a water heater they installed. Five months have passed and no sign of an inspector. Every time I call them, they give the same story. They are liars. Keep lying each time I call them, saying the inspector will come over next week. I filed a complaint, so far no response.

Contacted this company at 10am today(Saturday), and they set me up for same day installation from 1-5pm window. They called me at 3:15pm to cancel because they were "unable to locate a tech to do my work", and the next available is Tuesday. Avoid this company.
