If I could go negative with these review I would. Sent out non licensed plumbers to replumb house and we have had nothing but problems since. Broke a faucet, flooded our laundry room, pipe install was shoddy at best. Does not return phone calls. Will NEVER use them again!

Our air handler is located in the basement and we noticed a lot of puddles around it. Note! My air conditioner was working fine! I called for service. The technician said I needed a new condensation pump. $500 and I asked him to check my UV lights. He checked and said one of them was out. $300 and he did his work. I paid $899 ($99 service call fee). Sometime later I noticed it was getting hot and went to my nest thermostat- it said no RH power wire connected and it could not connect to the unit. Here's where ARS totally fails when it comes to customer service. I called ASAP upon discovering this. I was told I would be the first appointment the next morning. I even received a text confirmation that my appointment time would be between 8:01 am and 8:01 am. Not their usual between 8 and 12 timeframe. I have now called 4 times today and all the call center will tell me is that I am scheduled for later this afternoon. I've been told 3 different times that they will have the dispatcher call me back which has NEVER happened. I asked to enter a complaint with the management and was told the management was off until Monday and wouldn't be able to assist me. I said in disgust- yeah Management is probably out enjoying their Saturday meanwhile I can't go do my life and enjoy MY Saturday because of your horrible customer service! If I had not already paid them $899 yesterday for two items that have absolutely nothing to do with my unit running or not I would definitely use someone else! My advice to anyone out there searching for a true blue, good customer service and professional company is to go elsewhere. Update: Showed up at 3:45 pm. Yesterdays Tech didn't remove a piece of paper that lets the new condensation pump run and the system went down. Mistakes happen, but they should've been here at 8:01 am as previously promised. My entire day plans had to be scrapped because of their poor customer service.

My shower head was running...way past the leaking point! And it was hot water...double whammy and utilities! So I was so glad to find ARS to come and fix it. Jeremy H. came and was a great guy he checked out the problem and figured up what it would take to fix it and after we approved it he was able to get it all done in great time as well. His work was done and he cleaned up any mess after. I couldn't even tell he'd been there except for my shower was fixed. I would say to anyone that needs a plumbing job done to call ARS. They only get a job at a time, so they won't be thinking about what they have to do next...they will be doing the job in your home or business and doing your job as long as it takes. And doing it the best job possible. And it is all under a year's warranty. Best plumbing company in the area! Thanks again Jeremy H. and ARS!

Called up on Wednesday afternoon to see about having them come out to run a hydro jet through the sewer drains. They set up an appointment for 8-12 the next day. Told them I needed to know if if they were going to be late as I couldn't sit around all day. 12pm came and went and never heard a word. Called up to see what was happening and after a few minutes on hold the girl came back and said I was his next appointment but couldn't give me a time. Told her she would need to cancel that as we had to leave and she just hung up on me. Appreciate your company wasting my time! Poor customer service. Have the decency to have your guys phone up with a courtesy call to say I'm running behind. You have a 4hr window. You know if you are going to be late or not! Would not bother wasting your time with this company.

My dad and step mom had this company install a new unit and new vents through out their house 5 years ago. They paid well over 10, 000 for this service. Recently my dad passed and we are in the process of selling his house so an inspection was done, this company installed something wrong in the attic, a fire hazard the inspector called it. Not only did my dad and step mom live in a house with a fire hazard , this sorry company says it's not their fault and will not fix their mistake. They also got nasty with the realtor on the phone. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and I think home depot needs to rethink their partnership with these crooks

Predators who still have not fixed the problem but everytime they cone back they find something new to charge me for. I've paid $900 and the problem persists. Scheduler argues in defense of no warrantee and the plumbing manager refuses to return a call. No professional and do not stand behind their work. Also do not stand behind their original quotes. Now being quoted 3x the original quote. Crooks!!!

What a nice experience I had on 8/24. Jeremy, the ARS tech came out to my home and installed a new toilet in my master bath. He was a very polite young man with a solid work ethic. He did his job professionally and I give him an A+ for it. Later I discovered the water supply line was dripping a bit. I gave ARS a call around 7 pm and by 8:30 they sent out another tech, Alan, who promptly came in and re-tightened the connection. Who does this? ARS sure did it. Nice young techs and service above and beyond the call. Thank you ARS. Nick Maggiore

My tenants notified me the air conditioner was not working and told me they had called ARS Rescue Rooter. When the technician Mr Brown arrived he asked the tenants to call me. He told me it was low on freon and that they no longer make parts for my unit and the only thing he could do was replace it for $10k+. I called someone out the next day and the unit was NOT low on freon and needed a blower motor. Was repaired for $500 and the technician had the parts on his truck. ARS should refund the service fee and hire people that can actually repair systems and change their philosophy to one of integrity and honesty. Will never call them again.

Our system was purchased and installed by ARS. It is still under warranty. I called and set up an appointment. They were not able to send someone the same day. So made an appointment between 12:00 and 4:00 the next day. It was 85 degrees in the house. The scheduler told me that I could go about my business and they would call me 30 minutes before arrival. So I went about my business. It looked liked it was going to rain and I decided to cut the grass...a 20 min job. I saw they called while I was cutting the grass. I called immediately after I finished. They told me that since I didn't answer when they called, they were not going to come until tomorrow. Mind you it's 85 degrees in the house. I told them that was not acceptable and was told I had to be at home between noon and 4:00 and to go about my business. Not that I had to be on telephone alert. The agent was rude and refused to let me talk to a supervisor.... She was not empathetic and said we can get someone out tomorrow. I told her ARS would lose my business if they didn't get someone out like they promised....she didn't care. I called Cooper mechanical and they came out within an hour and did a superb job and honored our warranty. Won't ever use ARS again! They are horrible!!!

Just awful! Stay away. We purchased a new system (2 units) in 2020. The one unit failed in 6 months. The 2nd unit in the attic was not properly installed and water leaked into it from the installers moving the existing pipe and breaking the seal on the roof. ARS won't honor the 10 year labor warranty that we purchased and the parts warranty as they are saying that it was the water that caused the problem leaking into the system. The roofer that came took pictures and can demonstrate that the leak was caused by the installation. They are always trying to sell you things and NO ONE will return our calls. CROOKS!
